Very disappointed. I received my Emiaid last week and noticed that it expires in July only three months after purchase.. The response from customer service was I buy another one with an offer of 10% off for one day only. . For the price, this is unacceptable. I won’t be buying from this company again and want others to be aware of the poor product lifespan and unhelpful support.

It has replaced all our creams, and does well on skin rashes, bug bites and toe nail fungus

Have been a user for 18 months. Specifically for athletes foot.

While it showed some promise in the beginning, even after consistent use and having spent literally hundreds and hundreds of dollars. The problem still persist.

Customer service isn't the greatest either (cancelled my subscription but they won't accept returns even for unopened product).

For the price, would have expected better service.

We used regular strength for open sores caused by lymphedema on the legs it was wonderful! Bought a second container and noticed it wasn't working, realized it was expired 1.5 years. Returned exp. product to store and purchased extra strength. Within 24 hours terrible itch with hives on back, arms and legs. Stopped taking Bumex as that's a side effect of an allergic reaction but continued with emuaid. Rash continued and spread extremely unbearable. Visit to the ER was told get back on Bumex immediately it has to be something else causing the issues. Fast forward to today when reapplying Emuaid horrible itching has returned.
So regular strength apparently works for us but extra strength causes a reaction. I will add that CHF is diagnosis and the highly concentrated extra strength caused breathing difficulties.
While the regular strength worked well for us we are unable to use the extra strength.

I’ve shared my positive experience and my grandsons. BUT I always say…judge for yourself! Try it. If it doesn’t work for you then it doesn’t, but don’t be so negative. Yes, share that it didn’t work for you but don’t bad mouth it. Let others try it and make their own conclusions. Don’t make a decision for others.

I placed an order with EMUAID on May 24 for a post-op ointment to be delivered to Colombia. It’s now June 26 and I’ve received nothing. Tracking shows the package has been stuck in France since June 7, and their customer support has been completely unhelpful—no updates, no solutions, just vague responses.

I specifically ordered this for a medical need and an upcoming trip, and now I’m leaving without the product I paid for. It’s been 33 days and 22 business days since it shipped—still no delivery, no refund, and no accountability.

If you’re considering buying from them internationally—don’t. I regret trusting this company.

Before I bought Emuaid Max, I asked the chatbot on the Emuaid site if I can use this product on my face to treat what was possibly a fungal infection. Was told yes, it's safe to do so.

I applied the cream to my face overnight. The NEXT DAY, both my eyes were swollen and numerous small bumps had appeared on my face (hives).

I'm now into day 8 of treating this and my eyes are still swollen but the hives went away with allergy medication (Benadryl).

This is a horrible product.

Bought a 14 mL jar of emuaidMAX to apply to my eczema. Applied it to various areas around your body that's particularly affected. Not only it made no visible difference anywhere after applying it over several days, the last applications on my leg flared up the itch there so bad that I haven't experienced it in many years. It also costs AUD$ 44 for the jar - many other products out there have a much better price:quantity ratio and do a better job.

I’m not getting my refund back. The package got returned due to customs. But they wont refund me. They don’t even answer my emails.

Didn’t work for me unfortunately. It got super super itchy. It was unbearable. Now using Aloe Vera + Propolis creme ( not emuaid) which is amazing.

I recently purchased this product Emuaid and it arrived in less than acceptable condition.

I received the small parcel in a Jiffy bag and the box was crushed and both the post lady and I could smell the product that had obviously leaked.
When I opened and took off the lid there was NO seal on the top of bottle and NO seal on the nozzle. I have purchased many products from health and well ness companies overseas like iherb and all products come with seals and they are posted in a hard shell box not a Jiffy bag. Anyway half the product has seeped out during transit.
I paid $131 dollars in good faith that I would receive the EMUAID in tact.
Unfortunately this was not the case and I have reached out to them and they answered by saying it is not their responsibility re postage. Wow… how disappointing it is to take a risk to purchase a health product not knowing whether you’ll receive it in tact.
I feel like that it is their responsibility as foolishly I trusted and in good faith handed over my money.
A company that doesn’t stand by its commitment to sell and post overseas and continues to do so, seems a bit dodgy. I was prepared to send back to them in the state I received and asked them to pay return postage. They just kept asking for more pictures . I sent them the pictures immediately on opening the product.

It concerns me too as there was no seal on this expensive liquid serum health product.

Sadly as of now I can’t tell if this is a legitimate health product or a scam.

Very disappointing customer service as they seem to expect the customer to take responsibility for the way it’s packed and delivered.

For a health serum this expensive it doesn’t seem right. As a jiffy bag is not the correct package for overseas transport .

I cant at this stage recommend any international customers to purchase this product as it’s a lot dollar $ wise to take a risk on.

I would recommend they review their postage and packing and maybe look at iherbs customer service and postage

I used emuaid max several times a day for 9 months. NO CHANGE AT ALL!!! Total waste of money for toenail fungus!!

At the time I found Emuaid, I was around 60 years old and had suffered with an oozing sore on my nose for 1.5 years. I had gone to my primary doctor and two dermatologists. I had taken rounds of antibiotics and used tubes of expensive prescription creams, had a negative biopsy for cancer. The issue.... Staph. Within using Emuaid for one week I saw improvement and using faithfully for additional two weeks my nose finally scabbed and healed. Occasionally, I can see there is a flare-up on my nose, I reapply Emuaid for 2 days and it settles back down. Once Staph is colonized, it is exceptionally hard to rid permanently out of the nasal area. I will always have this product in my medicine cabinet, and I have told my primary doctor how my nose healed so others with uncontrolled Staph have hope. For those who have not had success with Emuaid, make sure you read the directions carefully or read about your specific issue and treat as your issue would be healed with a prescription product but using Emuaid. It may also be the immune system of the person. Make sure you are eating healthy foods that support your body in healing and get plenty of sleep. It does make a difference.

Perhaps it works for some people if they are happy to treat their condition for many years and pay several hundred dollars for the privilege of doing so. The homeopathic cream has a brilliant marketing team behind it but sadly the claims are over-exaggerated. My tiny pot of emuaid (max strength) 0.5 fl oz/14 ml (about half an eggcup) lasted less than a week and certainly did nothing to alleviate my skin irritation. I am so glad that I only spent $45 on this completely overpriced, overhyped product.

Unfortunately, this cream (Emuaid Max) did not work as expected. Initially, during the first week, it provided relief from my itching, and I was finally able to sleep. However, after that, the itching returned, and it became even worse. I had to discontinue using it because the itching and skin irritation significantly worsened.

I'm 42 years old and have been aware of the discoloration in/on my toe nails for as long as I can remember nails salons being a thing. I'd see other women getting pedicures and was very aware my bare toes didn't look like theirs. Both of my parents also have this issue. I've tried lots of holistic things over the years but nothing has worked and I did not want to go the pharmaceutical route because I don't trust them or their products and I'm not willing to accept side affects for clear toe nails. I bought this the first week of September and starting using it the same day it arrived. I used it 3x per day for the first 2 days because it was the weekend and then I've been using it 2x per day ever since. The change was IMMEDIATELY noticeable. In less than 1 week of use I could see a change in the color of my nails at the top closest to the cuticle. It has gotten better and better every week and I couldn't be more thrilled. I am 100% confident that come next summer, I will be bare toes ready for sandals, the pool, the beach and everything else. I'd say my nails have cleared up just shy of half the nail bed at this point. No more hiding behind expensive pedicures! I CANNOT WAIT to be bare toes! I HIGHLY recommend this product and I've already bought a second to gift my mom who is 65 and struggled with embarrassment her whole life.

Purchased this from Amazon, did absolutely nothing for my eczema if not made it worse. Amazon CS told me to contact the manufacturer for a refund and I sent in a contact form. No response after a week. Do not buy.

2 months in, no change! I don’t imagine it’s going to improve anytime soon. Think I was scammed unfortunately.
