It’s a great gym, has everything you need and the staff are helpful and always say hello

Welcoming gym with great classes that combine a bit of everything at peak times which are the only sessions I can attend. I can always get a space even if it’s squeezing me in.
Friendly staff with a bit of a community feel.
If I could ask for anything more it might be more HIIT sessions of an evening

Good gym, plenty of machines, bars and dumbells. Open 24/7. Good atmosphere, clean and easily accessible. Pleasant staff and management. Good value!

Started a few weeks ago a bit timid on going alone but everyone there is friendly and had help from Marcus showing me around and now I'm happy to keep coming back! Recommend to anyone starting out or new to the area!

I love this gym it has everything you need and more , clean , lovely state of the art equipment, great changing rooms , I love the classes and I love the fact it’s not to busy at the times I like to go

I’m still feeling my way around the gym hence a 4! Overall it has all the up to date equipment and a number of classes are included in the membership. Once I’m fit enough I’ll look at going to a few classes.

I am a member of this gym and ever since James showed me around the gym I knew I wanted to join. All the members of staff are very friendly and helpful , the classes are amazing and the whole atmosphere of the gym is amazing. I have PT sessions with Mia every 3 weeks and I honestly look forward to them so much. I would 100% recommend this gym if your not comfortable with going to the gym then the classes are worth a try for sure! Youl soon feel at home and make friends!

Lovely atmosphere, the music is a little loud and the water dispenser is so slow.. but cold and clean. The staff and owners are fantastic.

( energie fitness gym in bognor regis ) I tried on more then 2 occasions to get a personal trainer from this gym, on one occasion the trainer cancelled on me, 2-3 times, and the other trainer just flat out Ignored me after a quick conversation. ( didn’t want the world from them just a decent full body work out routine & help with a diet plan).
Also in their terms in conditions, there’s a roll over payment to try to take more money off you, E.G if i cancelled in January i’d still have to pay for February’s subscription. ( bit scummy really ) there’s better options for gyms in bognor. for all.

I feel so comfortable working out at Energie, all shapes and sizes, you are made to feel so welcome, the staff are friendly and approachable, always willing to help you with the equipment. The classes are excellent and extremely motivating.

Very friendly, professional and clean environment. The staff are fab, making it a positive atmosphere to be in! Love working out here and looking forward to starting my PT sessions!

Straight forward and easy to use - great environment

This is the first gym I have ever joined. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and felt really comfortable. The PT’s are really helpful and always on hand to help with equipment. It’s never overly busy because it’s open 24/7. Really lovely place to go and workout with excellent equipment. Love it!!!

The gym is well equipped with a friendly environment and staff are always around to help with any questions you might have etc….

Ideal , easy acsess ,open 24hours ,decent weights ,all you need.
