The gym workout areas are small but fine. Worst of all, there is only 1 female & 1 male toilet cubicle beside each other. There are 2 working showers which are of zero use because there are NO CHANGING FACILITIES/nowhere to get dressed. Lockers are on top of each other in a tight small hall so your constantly in peoples way. There is no area outside to lock bikes. As a result, people are locking their bike to poles at the entrance which then block the way when walking in & driving past!

Could have added more plates for squat racks and bench press.

Amazing staff. Jordan and freddie are very nice and courteous

The Gyn are so small and the equipment is very competitive, its so hard to found some free equipment all the people need to be get a CUE and waiting…
Ex: Bike only have two and never are free…The ventilation is terrible the gym smelling a lot the busy times….

Énergie Fitness Clarehall is a amazing gym to attend! Staff members are fantastic with great sense of humor so every session is filled with laugh and positive attitude which empower you to work out even harder. Very professional coaching and definitely will help you to achieve your fitness goals! I really enjoy my classes there. highly recommend this gym! Thank you guys 🙏

I have been to the gym for a week now. The gym is nice and has all the equipments but a few of the equipments are worn out and need repair now.
Also, you need to put more sets of dumbell between 10kg to 15kg as there are only one or two and they are mostly occupied.
I have no other complaints and I think they do deserve a 4 star rating atleast because they’re great, everyone is sweet, and helpful. I got a call the very next day I joined for a review and it tells me how seriously they take their reviews and I am 1000% sure they try to do their best.

Good place to workout well. Near to residential area and in shopping mall.

Staff are brilliant facilities are excellent. I had an induction with Fionn. From the very start he was total professional and extremely knowledgeable.

The equipment needs to be updated, a lot of the equipment is not in good condition, another thing to improve is the issue of changing rooms, they need better structure and to be separated, both for safety and comfort reasons.

Has everything you need for all ages.and handy location loads of parking

There's no one staring and everybody just does their own thing,it would be good idea to get another stairmaster and mirrors at treadmill could do with a good cleaning and that's not the cleaners, the sprays shouldn't be brought over to treadmills spray on cloth and then go over

I only used the shower facilities and they were not good. Chewing gun, cigarette burrs & a filthy floor that was not cleaned.

Work out area and staff is great
Bathroom areas should be provided with more care.

Locker rooms should be seperated as men and woman.
