I haven’t been to the gym for a number of years and decided to start. My first session with my instructor I started to feel faint as my body had gone into a shock with the new fitness regime. The people at the gym not only looked after me but made me feel that I wasn’t the only one to experience this and it was ok. They made me feel it’s ok to go back as I could quite easily have packed it in right there. Through their good nature and encouragement I’ve been back and now feel worse when I don’t go. Brilliant team, brilliant gym. Great vibe for new starters, like myself, it can be hard to start a gym but the people in the Deeside branch fully deserve a huge pay on the back for the way they helped me and my new found love for getting fit.

The gym Énergie Fitness (Deeside) is amazing. Very spacious with wide variety of equipment. Always clean and well maintained, love the new neon lights! Good choice of different classes from yoga to kickboxing. Always something nice and new is happening in the gym, like group trips to Snowdonia or exercises outside. Nice place.

.The clock on the wall doesn't have a second hand on it so you are unable to work out your 30second breaks.
.The signal for live tv on treadmills very poor.
.Cobwebs above needs a good clean!
.No hand sanitizer

GREAT SMALL GYM WITH DIVERSE GROUP CLASSES, EQUIPMENTS IN GOOD CONDITION,CLEAN SPACE, EASY PARKING, LOCKER ROOM AND FRIENDLY STAFF.

Great staff, equipment and space. Really love this gym! 24hrs too which makes the late nights even better 💪🏼

Music a bit loud and the showers are red hot! But the staff and equipment are brilliant! 👍

Great gym been with them since gym opened great staff and always able to get on appropriate equipment to have a great workout wouldn't train anywhere else.

The Énergie fitness is so good easy to use , I love that it’s open all the time I work 12 hour shifts so it’s so useful, all the staff are super friendly

Only issue is the dumbells are always a mess. All in all great gym

Great gym facilities with all gym equipment you need. 24hr operation is a bonus. Staff are great 👍

The venue and the staff are excellent -- they need to address the situation of people booking classes and then not turning up -- this result in many classes only having 4 or 5 people taking part

All the classes I have been doing are fantastic, the people are very friendly and I’m enjoying exercising.

Really good for the price. Facilities are really good. Only issue I have is booking classes as they are always full. Maybe you could run a few classes midday or late morning so more people can book.

Excellent selection of clean equipment, lots of classes to choose from.
Staff are friendly and helpful they have made me feel so welcome .
