It’s great that the gym is open 24 hours. Variety of equipment and facilities is great but there is insufficient cardio equipment such as treadmills and cross trainers. When I went to the gym at just after 6-00 am, five out of six treadmills were in use and all six treadmills were in use.

I love this gym! It has helped me manage and improve my mental health loads and helped me feel good in my own body 🙌 staff are incredibly nice and friendly and also it’s a small local gym you see regular people wish is comforting for me🥰

First time at the gym and a long long time staff were absolutely outstanding with me very courteous and helpful make me feel welcome every time I come in Absolutely brilliant

I go to Energie Fitness Dumbarton and it's fantastic! The instructors are brilliant and enthusiastic. Everyone is really accommodating and help out with any issues. Best gym I've been a part of!

Staff were always helpful, friendly and professional. Gym and changing areas always spotlessly clean. Good range of free weight and other resistance training equipment.

Cleanliness is slipping, spotchecks not being done when staff are due to check them. Can be too busy at times to do what exercises you want to do. Front of house staff very welcoming. Think air conditioning could be upgraded, can get very hot and stuffy, with no ventilation available.

Staff very helpful and friendly and lots of space to move around lots of machines and equipment to use extremely clean and lots of class’s to choose from it’s honestly a great gym would highly recommend

Prompt and efficient joining process. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cleanliness. Great range of classes. Plenty of equipment. Doesn't feel too crowded.

Great gym, great selection of everything and plenty of machines, weights etc so you're never waiting for anything, it's also immaculate, shower rooms spacious and so clean, friendly staff who let you get on with things but are always there when needed.

The cleanliness of the gym is excellent.
The gym is very well equipped with a good mix of machines and free weights.
The Exercise studio is an excellent size.

Great gym - instructors friendly and good clear instructions with plenty of encouragement. Good range of machines and able to use what I want with no problems.
