Staff are really good with helping new people always welcoming and good atmosphere

Mould in the stairwell on the walls, half the stairwell has been blocked off

I have recently joined, and from my first induction felt very welcome. The staff have been very friendly, and so have the other gym goers. I am getting use to using all the equipment which I say are very good. Other people may not agree, but as this is the only gym I’ve been too I have nothing to compare it to. Overall I enjoy going and I love the app.

Great gym at a great price. Staff are excellent too! Especially Tony who has great PT sessions and Emma who always has a smile :)

Eltham Energie club is good local gym, with a friendly atmosphere and nice staff. They have classes all around the clock to suit different needs, which is an added advantage.

I went in for a tour of the gym and was greeted by the lovely JB. We had a great chat about my fitness goals and what this gym has to offer me. Safe to say that I think I’ve made the right choice to sign up!

Completely recommend this gym to anyone looking to build upon their fitness. The staff here have been amazing and welcoming since I first joined and the other gym members are very friendly, so I've never felt uncomfortable at this gym.

The classes are 10/10, welcoming to all fitness levels and pushes you to do more. Nik has been an amazing PT instructor who has been helping me gain confidence in the gym. He is friendly, patient, reliable and more importantly, knowledgeable in showing me how to use the equipment correctly and the right exercises to help me reach my fitness goals.

Love this gym! Been coming here for nearly 2 years. Great classes! PT's are always friendly and helpful. It feels more like a little community than just a gym! Highly recommend!

Énergie fitness Eltham is an amazing place to gym ! I love it here I was so worried about joining a gym being a female but honestly it’s amazing. The staff are great they are always happy to help you out and are so polite. The gym is very clean and also the showers ! They have amazing equipment and very one is so friendly. I would recommend this gym to anyone 🫶🏻💙

I've only recently joined and only been a few times but so far I am enjoying being a member. The facilities and equipment seem to be well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. This week I noticed that one of the rowing machines was out of order and I'll see how long it takes to get it fixed. On one of my visits to the gym this week I noticed that the paper towel dispensers were empty so I had to wipe down the equipment with my own towel, but otherwise I am very happy with my experience so far.
