Nice well equipped gym. As a new member, good induction from Becky. Was disappointed my favourite Pilates teacher was off with a bad back!? I’ve joined the gym, mainly for the Pilates class because I have a bad back! 🤔
Also, I booked a zoom meditation class and was waiting for a link I was told to expect, which never came. I had to cancel at the last minute so I didn’t appear as a ‘no show’.
Lastly, I’m not keen on the super loud banging music in the gym at 2pm. So loud, I couldn’t hear my own podcast. I suppose, to be fair, I’m not from the younger generation but would probably expect the music to get cranked up during the evening.
There has been some teething problems for me but I hope it sorts itself out and overall am very happy.

Good machines, great location for me. Everything I need to hit my goals

I go to the branch in Hoddesdon. Good equiptment. However they are not clean especially the cardio machines. The whole place needs a deep clean.
Music volumn can be very loud to the point I can hear it whilst i'm in my headphones.
My fob to enter the gym has not worked consistently and I have been left outside to wait for someone to open it on a few occassions (I'm on my 4th new fob :) ). I'm used to PT's approaching to assist members with their form etc, but here at Hoddesdon Energie Fitness, the PT's don't do that. However, the staff are friendly.

The is the most dirty gym I have ever seen. Toilets gym floors are disgusting. No tissues in the dispensers.

I would like to cancel my membership

My local Gym is easy to use and the staff are really helpful and friendly, highly recommend!

I am not a gym person but learning my instructor Ian is very motivating and pushing me on to do things a few weeks ago would be impossible

Great facilities, top equipment and wonderful environment. Extra ordinary services with very friendly staff, super clean and comfortable gym for everyone. Amazing support by trainers, paying personal attention to individuals during workout. Classes are awesome. Very effective, cooperative and healthy environment.

Friendly gym with a good range of classes, however approx 2 classes a month are cancelled last minute.

Good value for money, not te biggest gym, but has all the tools there for a great workout, friendly staff and very clean.

A great place where to keep active. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed since the first day.

Quiet and peaceful. Everybody mind their business and equipments function as expected.

I enjoy my Pilates class on a Thursday morning and wish there were more like it during the week.
The staff are always very helpful and willing to help out.
In general I’m very happy and recommend it to anyone who enjoys a variety of classes and working out in the gym.
