Friendly community and great equipment
The staff are so helpful and friendly, everything is clean and it’s rare that it’s too busy to use the equipment I need. A lovely community while I’m living alone in a 4-week hospital placement! The gym would maybe benefit from an extra watt bike.

Good equipment at a cheap cost.
This is a great gym with good equipment, the monthly cost is really good value. The staff a friendly too.

Some of the equipment is looking a bit…
Some of the equipment is looking a bit tired and often the paper towel holders are empty with the sanitation fluid being non existent. It surprises me how many people don’t wipe the equipment after use especially with the issues we currently have.
Having said that I am very happy overall with the gym and the staff.

WHO AND WHERE ARE THE STAFF?
Usually in the office and if they do come out which ones are they? They look like members! Can't they have something on to identify them? ONCE I asked for help and the guy was VERY unwilling.

Needs improvement
Decent equipment but environment too hot. Air con frequently off or switched to heat levels - obviously for staff comfort, not patrons. Change rooms/ toilets frequently dirty so no not use. Toilet seats wonky, sink taps are the same. No private change areas.

Great value gym
Nice, friendly gym. Not too big but plenty of equipment, even at busier times. Very convenient location and lots of parking. Great value for the price!

Great gym has all I need. Members all really friendly and a real community feel. All the staff are super helpful and friendly especially Amy who goes above and beyond and not only delivers amazing classes but is always willing to help you and always has a smile and makes you feel really welcome!!
