Energie Fitness - Midleton Avaliações 

I recently joined the Énergie fitness in Midleton . I was happy with my assessment and setting goals, and delighted with a proper workout plan tailored made for me by Ellen C. She was very helpful with introducing all the machines and making sure that for my safety I’m using them correctly. I also like that the bathrooms, toilets, changing facilities etc are always kept clean and smell lovely! spacious and bright gym to be in! Anna.

Friendly staff. Clean premises, good treadmill and excellent shower pressure starts my day off really well. 24hr opening would be awesome.

Great gym, plenty equipment and great classes. The class instructors are very motivated and dedicated and very helpful.

The accountability of booking the classes via the app make me turn up. Now I track my classes too and other exercises e.g tennis and see where I am in a leaderboard which keeps me motivated to keep at it.

I joined Énergie fitness Midleton over 3 months ago and have waited until now to leave a review. I cannot fault this gym, it’s been a really positive experience over the past number of months. Ellen gave me a great introduction to the gym on joining. The classes are great, instructors are helpful and instructions in classes are clear. No two classes are the same with different instructors bringing changes to each session. The gym itself is clean and welcoming, I don’t feel out of place here even though I’m not a gym bunny! I’m loving my gym experience so far. Thanks to the team in Midleton!

Énergie Fitness- Midleton is the place to be. There are numerous sorts of Fitness equipment to workout with and stay fit.

I also enjoy the fact that the Fitness hall is very spacious, very tidy and airy including Massive outdoor customer's free parking space.

Most interesting stuff is how affordable they are. Monthly membership fee is so affordable I must testify.

The staffs are helpful as well. Honestly, there's no negative feedback here considering how good I've been enjoying myself in this fitness centre.

I'll surely recommend this énergie Fitness to others.

Midleton Energie Fitness are great! The team are so helpful and the gym itself is clean and has plenty of equipment to suit my needs no matter how many people are using the gym.
I have attended the HIT and Pilates classes. Both have been great and no issue with bookings.

I’m only 2 weeks a member and have tried a variation of classes which I absolutely love! All staff members are friendly and helpful! The gym is nicely ventilated and always very clean! 10/10 from me!
