The staff are very helpful and friendly plus the gym is very clean and tidy what more do you want from a gym

I have been attending the gym and I love it. The different workout sessions are great , the instructors are experienced and a friendly atmosphere.

Great little gym with very professional staff snd friendly environment. Suits my training routine perfectly , as not too busy and plenty of space and choice of machines. Also there is a good choice of classes of all kinds. The machines are new and all looks Very tidy and clean .

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Equipment is very good and readily available. Ewelina is amazing but just a shame she isn’t doing the evening class anymore as that was more convenient. Even better if they had a sauna.

The staff are really friendly and accommodating. There's always a parking space when I'm there. The equipment is modern and there is everything you need to train regardless of what you're goals are. The aircon is on for those especially hot and muggy days. Clean WCs and showers. Great place to train.

Clean, well equipped, light airy gym but prices are going up and morale is going down. Trainers have always been top quality but are leaving in droves. Staff are the most valuable asset in a gym but evidence suggests they’re not happy and that causes clients to be less happy. I’ve been coming here since 2017 and would to see it becoming a positive space to train again.

Staff members are very friendly and helpful, gym is spotless, up to standard 👍👍👍👍, I recommend to anyone who wants to join , don’t think twice, just join

One of the best gyms I’ve been to. The most helpful and friendliest staff, great selection of classes etc. For anyone contemplating joining, just do it!☺️

Nice and clean gym with good facilities, however it’s very busy during peak times. The music is EXTREMELY loud and given 90% of people wear headphones to listen to their own stuff I find this quite annoying and distracting.

This gym start to feel outdated and not being maintained. Looks dirty, water fountain look full of grime (not sure when was last serviced), toilet and shower facilities look disgusting, toilet seat broken especially disable toilet. How do you expect someone with disabilities to use an unsafe facility. Staff member board not up to date. Not sure how often equipment and facility being cleaned. Might as well sign with the new gym up the road.

Good, however peak times really busy, all equipment taken. Some hold on to the equipment for ages too.

Pros: The gym is clean and well equipped oth any machines!
Good monthly membership.
Cons: it gets crowded. Also not enough kettlebells, sandbags, slam balls and bands.
