This is a really good gym and the staff are really welcoming and ready to help. I really like this place as I never have that gym fear of being judged and ppl of all’s ages ana ability are welcome

Lots of free weights and machines. Also a nice range of classes included in the membership price. The staff is comprised of lots of fitness instructors- some of whom are personal trainers. Even though I don't book one to one training sessions they will all give me help and advice on the best exercises for me if I ask. There are always fun incentives and competitions to motivate the gym members and help us achieve our goals. It ia a very friendly, and sociable gym, which has had BBQ'S and Christmas functions for us members. I've been a member since it opened. My husband has also joined and we love it!

The BEST gym I have been to
The BEST gym I have been to. Everyone goes above and beyond and it is such a friendly and relaxed environment. There is always equipment to go on, even at the busiest times, and there is also a good range of equipment to use. For the price, you won't get any better anywhere else!

Really friendly staff
Really friendly staff. Always clean. 4 stars because classes seem to be at the beginning of the week in the evenings and not a consistent variety e.g Saturday morning two boxercise and all classes are finished by 11. Would like a wider range of classes throughout the week

Great Budget Gym But Basic
Great value gym when compared to other chains nearby. Where it lacks in comparison are things like lack of staff ON the gym floor, spa type facilities (steam, sauna etc), floor space downstairs, classes that take over the upper function and stretch area and just general quality and availability of equipment - which is OK but basic. If you go at off-peak times, just do your workout and go it's perfectly adequate.

Welcoming and helpful
I really enjoy going to energie Fitness. The staff members are really welcoming and always around to help or give advice. They regularly update or maintain equipment and I do not feel 'judged' using the weights - like I have at other gyms. Keep doing what you are doing.

Lovely people and very helpful, enough equipment to use, lots of classes, only reason I didn’t give 5 star is because some classes are always full and you can’t really try it.

The whole setting is amazing
The whole setting is amazing!
The first floor is designed specifically for free body workout, the ground floor has great machines and enough space to exercise as you please..plus car park!
Everything you need is available and with a reasonable price!
