Arash, on time and a quality job as usual!

Damage to bathroom wall tiles during cavity wall insulation process in August 2024. Entirely accidental but having been chasing them ever since to have the damage repaired.
Not a very good experience.

Always use Energypig, book on the day I want. Reliable and always on time. Arash is pleasant, quick and never leaves a mess, explains everything well if you need to ask a question.

Had the loft insulation done. Part of this meant I had to have trickle vents installed. Do not let these people touch your windows. They have broken my windows and now I get drafts coming in from around the vent. They cut into the window profile, cut off part of the seal on the window opening and shoved a vent there (already had one window company come around and have another Monday). All the vents are closed and my house is freezing. They did this to me on Thursday and said they'd send the joiner who fitted them on Friday. He said he'd come Monday. I don't get any condensation now but I also live in a freezing house that won't keep the heat in. No one even had the decency to contact me on Friday morning when I filed the complaint. Considering how cold it is this weekend, and how you have destroyed my windows, an email or call would have been nice. Absolutely disgusting company. I should never have bothered getting the work done. The insulation was better before this cowboy job.

I was given an exact time of my service. Arash arrived on time. He was very courteous and efficient. Not only that, Arash was very helpful when I asked him about my heating system. 10/10

We applied for cavity wall insulation through the government grant made available. David Campbell came and surveyed our house. He was brilliant, a credit to the company. He conducted himself in a friendly and professional manner throughout. Answered all my questions The survey took an hour and a half and all going well, the work will be carried out within the next few weeks. Delighted to be getting this done, should make a big difference to the warmth of the house and our heating bills.

David was the assessor that came to my home. He was very professional from start to finish. He meticulously inspected every aspect of my house to be able to give the results to the powers that be. Nothing was left to chance. David was friendly and helpful, explaining everything and answering questions too. I got the impression that David wanted to recommend the best products for my house and also for me. I highly recommend him and his work.

Absolutely first rate experience. I’m always anxious to deal with companies like this but Energy Pig have been amazing from start to finish. Kenny’s team especially were extremely professional, considerate, polite and their work is done to a professional standard, very neat and tidy. Every one of them deserves a little shout out as the whole team was great. I felt well looked after and they were a pleasure to have in the house. Kenny and his team made sure I was happy with everything that went in, they considered my input and were more than happy to help with questions I had. Recently had complete source pump and heating system fitted all staff were polite and efficient and showed great respect for the property and our belongings. The guys worked late each night and tidied as they went along, leaving heaters for us to use if we needed them, very thoughtful.

Today I had a cavity wall insulation and home ventilation survey carried out by David Campbell. David was very thorough in his work, spending over three hours doing all the work, letting me know what he was doing, indicating areas that would be issues, discussing the results and showing me photos of what he had found once he had completed his work. If David is typical of the people employed at Energy Pig then I would regard the company as professional, thorough, friendly and committed to doing the job to their best.

We had an air source heat pump and new radiators installed. Josh Robert and Paul were the engineers and I found them friendly helpful and thorough. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently and all explained. They cleared up after themselves and took away all rubbish. The follow up from joiner to box in pipes was prompt and high standard. There was a problem with temp of a couple of radiators but this was resolved promptly. If there was one small thing that could have been improved, I would have liked a bit more explanation of controls for the heating and the over door heaters but I would definitely recommend this company.

The team from ecopig ltd installed 2 air source heat pumps, new radiators throughout the house and solar panels over 5 days. It was a large job involving lifting of floors and carpets. The team was led by Josh who was very helpful,informative and obliging. All members of the team including engineers Robert and Paul kept us informed at each stage of the installation. At the end of the job the carpets were relaid and furniture replaced. Overall we are very satisfied with the installation and the outcome. We consider it a 5 star experience.

Many thanks to our installers, Joseph, Kenny and Paul who were the nicest workman I’ve come across. Did a grand job, left my house clean and tidy after themselves and were very accommodating. We felt they actually cared about how the end result looked and considered what I wanted in resolving any issues that arose. Would definitely recommend these guys, thank you.

I recently had my annual boiler maintenance as I do every year with energy pig. Arash the engineer was on time , very efficient, carried out a great job and all done with respect to my property and very pleasant, overall I was very impressed.

Very pleased to provide a wholly justified 5* review following surveys today by David H & Brian (Heating) who came this morning exactly as scheduled & could not have been nicer, kinder or more helpful. Everything went very well as arranged by Laura at Octopus Eco.

David H & Brian were not only extremely patient, listening very carefully & answering all questions, but did not leave until they were sure there were no more Qs & all was fully understood. Both being very thorough & professional and really inspired confidence, so could not have asked for better. Excellent service - an example of how it should be done. Thank you

We understand it will be a week or two before the electrician comes to sort out the PV etc planning & then a call to run through everything to confirm the project specification, with works hopefully completed in 6-8 weeks. With winter approaching the sooner the better!

So this first class Energypig experience has matched expectations of Octopus, with its very high service standards, being a first class representation of the 🐙 brand by a company they have selected to work with. Delight will be complete when the job is finished, before winter hopefully, because so far - so very good.

Had Arashi service my boiler today and he was pleasant, respected my property and I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

I had the annual service of my boiler completed by Arash who called out last year and it was great to se that he remains as efficient, helpful and professional as ever. He is very polite and talks you through what he has done and leaves his work area very tidy. Cannot recommend Arash highly enough.
