Salesman arrived as agreed to talk to me about a battery to save power from my solar panels to use over night. Seemed a good idea. He was pushy in the extreme. Quoted £12,500( !) for the gadget, but only £7,500(!). if I agreed to it there and then. As I have a smart meter I know exactly how much electricity I use overnight. Costs about £1. Why would I need to spend £7,500 to save that. It would take about 20 years to break even. (I am 78). I'm sure he thought I was a vulnerable old woman living alone. (he was keen to establish my age and that I was the sole occupant) but he was very wrong. He is a complete con man and should be stopped.

Saved 7 years to get 4 new windows as im on benefits. Finally got 1500 to get some windows . Got energy save in told them the budget after they came up with there normal book price and discounts blar blar blar.it came in at 1660. So stretched the bank abit more . All excited for monday to arrive .energysave coming to put windows in . Mmmmm waited and waited . Next thing phone rings mmm sorry not got anyone to fit your windows can we come Thursday or Saturday .ok waits till Wednesday and phones them to find out when they was coming .ooo Thursday .Thursday came and OMG there was a small old bloke who looks older than my grandad who pasted away many years ago lol and a chav 18 year old who was scared of ladders hmmm . It should have been a one day fit . Im now on a third day of nightmare city . Got 4 windows in now but no render or plastering done . We had rain last night and now theres a puddle in my kids bedroom . They have made such a mess .not cleaned up left all rubbish and left me pulling my hair out . A bunch of waste of spaces . PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ENERGY SAVE ...COWBOYS WARNING...

As a previous employee of Energysave can safely say they are a con. The Brief you're given when calling people is both racist and predatory, telling people to target street names which end in Avenue because that's more likely to be where elderly people live and also to not bother ringing people with Asian sounding names as "they will just rip you off". Furthermore when i left the company it took several weeks to receive my final pay as it was apparently given to another member of staff who spent weeks avoiding contact with me, resulting in me having to travel at my own expense to their home. Furthermore when someone requests to be taken off the list we're asked to give it to the manager to sort out, this would be fine but there were multiple times when i did just that and still got the same number on a different sheet, or called someone up only to be told they'd already asked to be removed. Employees of the call centre were made to walk down an alleyway to the basement of the building rather than being allowed through the main entrance; the call centre it's self was still under construction when we began working there also, with no ventilation, windows, or heating.

The product it's self is a scam, if they call you just say that the house is not yours (renting, council house etc) and they'll leave you alone.

This company should be closed down. They are a bunch of wasters,con men and liars. Do not let them take your hard money from you.

Avoid. There are better companies out there.

Please do not let Energy Save into your home.
They will try to sell you a energy saving wall coating. As seen on BBC watchdogs Rogue Traders. Beware.

Great service from start to finish. All my damp issues are now solved. Reccomend to anyone !

This company turned up on a bank holiday to weather proof a member of my family's bungalow, it took them 30 mins to do , they applied it in the rain when should ave been done in the dry, then I found out they charged her £1800 for this , not happy will be getting trading standards on this .

Everybody needs to be aware of this con company, energysave have destroyed my parents home and done thousands of pounds worth of damage! They have already had 1000's off them (the upfront cost before starting the job) but have failed to complete the job and now demanding full payment!
They have sent incompetent sub contracted trades people with the incorrect tools to apply a product that doesn't do what they say it should. My father has had to supply them with ladders, rollers, tools and a lot of the time they don't even turn up to the job.
Energy save have fallen off ladders, destroyed roof tiles, guttering and not once apologised or tried to rectify the problems. They have sprayed paint all over the existing brickwork and drain pipes, the pathways, we have contacted the suppliers of the paint to find out how to remove it. We were then told that this miracle product they sell you for £1000,s of pounds is actually bought for £200!!! No wonder the owner drives round in a rolls Royce! Shame on you energysave, I will do my most to stop anyone else falling for your rubbish and conning ways.

As a customer I found energy save a great company
They did work on my property and I found their service, product and ethics second to none
All in all a great company

i was a very disgruntled employee of energysave because i think the regional manager told me things that were false but having spoke to the MD for half an hour everything was solved to both our satisfaction.
i think the lesson from this is that communication is everything.

well done to the MD for taking the time to listen to his staff and being a great problem solver.

This company prey on the elderly and vulnerable! Because everyone else can see right through there scam! They took a cheque off my grandad who has dementia £750 cashed it went back 5 days later and said the cheque bounced and asked for another £750! I called them to ask for the money bk I got a load of abuse. The work never got done. They r thieves and bullies do not ever use

Biggest scam company in the midlands, targetting old vunerable people! never pay staff, managers sleeping with the staff, where do I start DO NOT WORK HERE NEEDS CLOSING DOWN

They've had previous incarnations, had a previous director convicted for appalling practices, and various investigations into pressured selling to vulnerable clients, poor practice and customer relations. Avoid at all costs

Customer service is poor at their Derby office,avoid them
