I highly do not recommend using Entwistle Green. I dealt with Julie Winkler at the Bury branch. Extremely unhelpful and rude. She made it impossible to book a viewing for a house I was interested in buying. I since contacted the seller directly, to be told that the seller had been lied to on numerous ocassions and Julie was pushing for an inside job to sell the property to a property developer. Very unprofessional.

Absolute disgrace. We had problems with the waste pipes and they left us live in a house full of fecal matters. When I was calling them and crying they have said to me there is no need to be upset. We have reported multiple issues in the house and they did not even reply or replied after months. Refused to give deposit back and when I told them they have 10 days to give the deposit back, they tried to convice me it is 28 days.Absolute s**t show this company. Avoid at all cost if you don’t want to deal with incompetent agency.

I had been looking for a rental property in Lancaster for well over a year, I'm glad I applied to Enthistle Green as it was all very easy. In particular the agent I dealt with Cody did an incredible job, she kept me informed,was very helpful, and pleasent to deal with

I really would not give them one star we reported faults throughout our tenancy we left the property because the toilet was not fixed and the bath was broken and shower was leaking we even reported this to the landlady and the landlady has relet the property after we left the property even though she knew the property was inhabitable and yet the estate agents are saying were liable for the rent and any damages to the property even the landlord has relet the property there were also lead pipes in the property the lead was so high in the drinking water it made my partner loss her hair the landlady saw the blood test results and water board did reading of the drinking water in the property which the landlady saw the results of this which she denies ever seeing and she even says she can not speak English and she is making the new tenant so ill

Unprofessional and incompetent in every manner would not be out of place in the timeshare market

Wanted to rent a property, the first attempt they didn't show up, no call or anything, the second attempt they did show up however 10 other people showed up. They clearly tried to huddle everyone together to try and create a panic rent and were asking for things like 100% annual rent up front. Absolutely horrendous felt so angry

Lovely move in experience with Entwhistle so far- specifically Daniel who was friendly and professional- highly recommend.

I paid them to manage my house some years back that I had rented out. They must be in some kind of an arrangment with a little known energy provider (To my recollection called 'Sparks') who they tried to push onto my tentants, but the tenants refused.

However, when the house became empty again and I put it up for sale. Entwhistle must have informed this energy company that the house was empty, because after some months, that energy company sent me a bill close to £150 for standing charges. I never agreed to them being an energy provider, but they threatened me with legal recovery of the bill if I didn't pay it. I had no choice but to pay.
On confronting them, Entwhistle didn't deny what they had done and tried to justify it. Their excuses were as pathetic as they are. Stay clear of this organisation.

Entwistle Green Crosby is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

The initial inventory was filled with outright lies and took a very long time to rectify, during our rental the problems we reported for maintenance took very long times to be fixed. The exit inventory check was booked for over a month, we both took time off work to attend it because they can not be trusted, only after we had arrived at the property and waited, past the time that they were supposed to arrive did we get a phone call saying that they were not coming.

Again we can not trust them to do the inventory without us present to ensure it is done correctly. So we will loose more work to attend if it is rearranged.

Disgusting behaviour and a shameful display of customer service.

I cannot give less than one star, otherwise I would. Is the worst company to deal with. I had problems since the beginning with the inventory. It was a lot of lies and wrong information. I had to complain about this and they only sent me the right one, with the wrong things after weeks, as I was calling and asking them for the real inventory with the real problems in the house.
They said it was a nice house, but was a completely opposite. Every problem that I reported for fixing they took ages to come and I had to call every day, and some of the problems still there because they do not bother to sort it out.
I stayed one entire week with problems in the toilet to flush it. They must’ve fixed it in the maximum of three days, but they didn’t.
I took half day off to come with them to make the inventory because I do not trust anyone in this company and they just cancelled after 20 minutes late of the time they should be at the property and the excuses was the bad weather, but I came driving in the snow from St. Helens to Liverpool, it is not an acceptable excuse.
I called them and they said they cannot do it today or they can do it by themselves without me being present. No way I would let them go to the property and make a mess and ask me to pay for it. I do not trust anyone in this company. They always blame the contractors or some company that work for them.
Worst company ever!

Corruption at its best. We tried purchasing 5 Plumer Street Liverpool L15. The house was for sale for £75,000 on the website. The repossessed house was sold by the bank. The deal was sealed on Friday by one of the girls. Monday, Kristy said the bank had declined the offer and asked me to increase it. I increased this to £76,000. Georgia rang and said they have accepted the offer. I asked her to send a confirmation email but she did not. The following day I rang in to chase the email and got Kristy again. The woman was so rude and aggressive and sent me this. Now looking back there were a lot of red flags from the start. We waited for 45 minutes outside the house for viewing. The estate agent had gone to the wrong address. I would not recommend anyone buying, selling, or renting from these girls. They are extremely unprofessional. They also appear not really educational sound. Moving forward I will google the estate agent reviews before contacting them. Your reviews are pathetic and if I would have seen this before I would not be contacting you. I will be reporting this to the regulated body as this estate agent should close it doors.

If I could give them minus 20 stars I would.
Avoid this estate agent if you can. Wish I had read these reviews before I tried to buy a property listed by them. No replies to emails. Made me meet with their mortgage advisor despite my partner being a mortgage advisor which was a complete waste of my time. Offer on a house accepted in November, surveys and quotes paid for as well as solicitors fees to find out in February that probate hadn't even been applied for yet so they had lied from the start. Currently still waiting for just an acknowledgement response for a complaint email I sent them a week ago! They haven't even apologised for what's gone on which would clearly be a stressful and upsetting situation for me or anyone really. Their lack of contact only exacerbates things and I'm left waiting with no indication of a timeline at all. Absolute joke.

Rude estate agents who make booking a viewing impossible! I've provided proof of funds for a property that's been on the market for well over a year but they're pushing to have me meet with their broker before they'll even book a viewing. It's no wonder these houses have been up for so long!

The Liverpool branch has been comically difficult to contact for over a month.
I started out with a simple call once per day, left a voicemail for a week or an email for a week.
Now, I'll call 2-4 times a day at different times, leave a voicemail some days & send emails others simply trying to arrange a viewing to buy somewhere.

Rented a property for a year the roof had been leaking from day 1 reported to the agent whilst I was sat there in the office I could not believe my ears lettings manager on the phone with landlord admitted that not the tenant before me but the tenant before the previous tenant reported the leak.

The property was not clean when we moved in also furniture left behind no smoke alarm no carbon monoxide sensor.

They or the landlord do not care about their tenants when the contract was up I moved out even the council got involved.

The leak was resolved after we moved out what a coincidence.

Gues what even arguing took a month to get our deposit back.

Avoid at all cost they do not care about you!

Blackpool branch, I'm a landlord and tried ringing the letting side, have left my number twice over last couple of days, no one got back to me, tried ringing loads of times straight to the answer machine, these are the people that you are paying to rent your property, if you cannot get through how the hell can they let your property for you, I have now gone with someone else

Eve was very helpful, has a friendly personality and gave us the information that we needed at the time. When she said she would ring us back she did. She knows that we wanted 10 Ronwood instead of the one in town and informed us straight way that it was available. All staff were great as well.

Keys handed back to rental house on 9th Sep 22 as we bought our own house. Now 7th Nov 22 still waiting for our deposit, legal action having to be taken now.

What a bunch of absolute clowns, I trusted them and they have been nothing but disgraceful- do NOT go with those
