SCAMMERS. Today my husband turned on his computer and went on to FB Messenger. Suddenly a message, allegedly from Microsoft. appeared on his screen which was taken over for the message-the screen was disabled. There was a phone number for Microsoft which we called. The number was 800-370-4831. We spoke to someone with an Indian accent who claimed his name was John Walker (I was immediately suspicious of the name). He told us there was malware on the computer (a Trojan) that had caused massive damage including identity theft and proceeded to show us the files...he also showed us that the Windows 11 firewall and antivirus had been turned off. He said he needed to contact a company called Envision who could fix the issues. I asked him why Microsoft could not fix them and he showed us a document stating that the software on David's machine had expired from its 90 day guarantee. He told us Envision wanted £954 for "lifetime protection", payable after the computer had been worked on. I agreed to this but had no intention of paying. When Envision's "Robert" (who also had an Asian accent) called to take payment, I informed him that I had done research and their company had been reported on Trustpilot as fraudulent, and also there was a warning on the official Microsoft website that Microsoft would NEVER give a phone number to call-warnings are sent in email or text messages. He backed down quickly when read statements about his fake company and Microsoft's website. Said I clearly was not in a mood to listen to him (LOL). I hung up on him and went to AVG and purchased their Internet Security program which cleaned the crap off David's computer. PLEASE BE FOREWARNED!! These scammers were very sophisticated but they often used incorrect words when speaking and were clearly not who they said they were.

Envision Sec are scammers on a industrial scale . They hacked into my computer and planted a Trojan horse. Part of the scam is to put an alert on your screen, In my case saying they were from Apple security , Believable , they were very professional in their manner , convinced me! They asked to take over my computer to conduct a deep search. The screen came up with a list of virus that had been planted deep in the computer all originating from communist countries. They said they need to remove the malware doing complete scan. This included a 5 year support contract. I agreed because I need my computer. I get the Mug of the year award for this.Anyway after I had paid, alarm bells began to ring in my head ,So I contacted Apple, which I should have done first time. Their technician listened to my problem and asked to take over my computer and aid me . I their search Envision or who ever had planted further malware. Ready to start all over again . Apple were brilliant. Further to submitting this review. I opened up a complaint with Pay Pal. Within 24 hours of opening my complaint I received several phone calls from this gang of scammers asking me to take down my complain against them. They even told me They were Apple security, here I was one step ahead I recorded their messages . I went back to Apple, they were very interested and took further actions against Envision. I escalated the claim with Pay Pal, plus informing the Police. Today I have had full refund from Pay pal.

I was scammed by them on facebook they claimed to be microsoft froze my computer I couldn't close down I phone the number they displayed and they answered as microsoft took over my computer and then passed me to security I asked if it was microsoft security and he assured me it was. I asked again if he was microsoft he said hey you called us we didn't call you sure we are microsoft don't worry. went through to security was told they would fix my computer they showed me that I had over 15000 breaches. that they would fix they would work on computer for the next hour I should not turn off then I was told for to get cleaned it would cost me £395 + vat they would call me tomorrow. I tried ringing the number they supplied but nobody answers I managed to get through to microsoft and they said it was a scam on facebook

Envision Security has been my security company since 2011 for my home in Glendale, AZ. I've always had excellent interactions with their team of Techs, CSR's, and Sales people. I love the system and all the smart features I have access to for my home. Definitely a recommended and reliable company.

We had an Envision security for 11 years they're amazing. Whenever we have a problem they're there to address it. One of the best experiences we've had with a local company.

Sales group for this company are liars. They tell you what they want you to hear, then the costs and lack of warranties come into play. Buyer be ware.

Excellent experience with Manager Joe Klebon. I just bought a new home in Glendale and Joe knocked on my door 2 weeks after. He was very knowledgeable and during the time I was approached by several Alarm company's like ADT, AMP, Gaurdian, Alliance, etc. After sitting down with Joe and comparing all the other companies reviews to Envisiosn I was sold. Overall my experience with Joe and Envision as a whole was phenomenal. I will be referring friends, family me,beers and colleagues. Thank you so much again for a piece of mind and their new SkyDoor Bell Camera where now I can see and speak with the person at my front porch anywhere I am in the world.

Excellent experience with Manager Joe Klebon. I have been with ADT for quit sometime and when Joe knocked on my door he showed me the features, advantages, and benefits with Envisions system. After listening to him for a few minutes I was impressed, my upgrade using Envision would only be about $5 more so I said YES.

I would highly recommend service from Envision Security for your home or business. I couldn't have asked for a better consultant than manager Joe Klebon to set up my home. He was super educated on the system and protected my house better than I had every expected. Every home I owned I always had a security system in. Envisions system was by far the best system I have ever had to protect my home and loved ones. Also the Sky Doorbell Camera is the coolest thing. Now it feels like I am always home with the motion sensor built in and saved recordings of each motion trip right on my Alarm.com application. Overall on a scale of 1-10 I would rate the experience a 10+. Thanks again Envision!!!

I must say Envision Security Inc really impressed me right off the bat. The system they offer is pretty neat and high tech. I picked out the video system and so far im impressed! The tech that came to my home to install the service was fast and knew his stuff. I called Envision to get a couple of additional cameras installed and was offered a big discount on the installation if I extended my contract. Not only did I get the install discounted but I got my monthly rate discounted too! The monitoring service is first rate as well. If you are looking for a security service for your home these guys deserve a look.

I am very satisfied with the service i received from Envision. Manager, Joe explained everything about my security system. He was very well informed and professional. His assistant, Jessie was very informed as well. Dillon installed my new system without any issues and he was very neat and he collected all the empty boxes before throwing them away.

I am unable to find certain features on the app that I was sold on when installed.

We are very new to having a security system. We didn't know a lot about them and which one is best. Joe Kleban knocked on our door and showed us the best one we seen so far since being here. He was very knowledgable about everything and backed up everything he said. So far the system is working great and I feel more at peace knowing we have it.

Great experience with this local company. I am very satisfied with Joe who sold me my service and got my system installed the next day. Treg who installed the system was very courteous and professional. I wanted to add another component to my service during installation and Joe came back to my house the same day to adjust my service. I would recommend this company if you need a home security system.

I would highly recommend Envision Security. A representative from Envision knocked on my door and explained the advertising program with $0 installation and $0 activation. After understanding the differences between land line systems and Envisions completely cell primary panel I was sold. No one can cut my cable line nor does the system run off of Wifi/broadband connection. The system also varifies the emergency inside of my home through a two-way voice system for hostage situations. I love the programmable thermostat that I can control anywhere in the country and door lock that I can lock and unlock. Overall I am very happy knowing I have the best security system in the alarm industry with a local company that installed my system that same day I signed up.

The sales and service department where fast and friendly, they gave me the peace of mind i was looking for, the system works great with the latest equipment and has had zero problems. Very happy with Envision Security, Thank you.
