Extremely disappointing experience — promised refund was never received

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Enzo Cavalli. My order was lost in transit by the carrier, and after contacting customer service, I was specifically told that I would receive a full refund of $124.91.

Despite being told that the refund would be issued, I still have not received the money. I have had to repeatedly follow up about an issue that should have been resolved once the carrier determined that the package was lost.

What makes this especially frustrating is that customer service acknowledged the situation and communicated that the full refund should be processed. I relied on those communications, yet the refund was never properly completed.

A company should not tell a customer that a full refund is being issued and then leave the customer chasing the money afterward. If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, the resolution should be straightforward: acknowledge the loss, issue the promised refund, and communicate clearly with the customer.

Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I have spent unnecessary time contacting customer service and trying to get a refund that I was already told I was entitled to receive.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering ordering from this company to be cautious and to keep detailed records of all communications if something goes wrong with their order. My experience with the lost shipment and the promised $124.91 refund has been extremely frustrating and has significantly affected my confidence in the company

Enzo was awesome. We had a late flight arrival and Enzo not only waited he got us to our connecting Ferry on time. He gave great tourists facts about Naples as well.

I have ordered a few shirts love the material the quarter zips fit great and look sharp. I made a mistake and ordered to many of one shirt. great return policy and dealing with Jack Archer was so easy to straighten that out. Great Workmanship wonderful material good fit. All in all, a very good experience.

Amazing customer service. Unfortunately the shirt was too large - I think they run bigger than standard UK sizing . However customer services resolved it quickly and satisfactorily. Shirt was nice quality and different to Uk high street offerings; material was a little thinner than I expected but hubby always wears a vest T-shirt underneath anyway so that wouldn’t have been a problem. Nice shirt though.

I just received my second order of the Enzo Polo shirts. The material used to make these shirts is very cool and comfortable - I like it.

Great quality. I had an issue with size and the garment was replaced. The quality of first garments and the service I’m dealing with the minor issue led to me ordering 3 more garments. First class all around thank you .
