Avoid this company like the plague. They make their White Card Training easy however extremely pedantic and silly when it comes to the assessment.

This feels like a scam, no communication, no where to get information to get help. sat their for seven hours to fail the one question that asked to give a hazard and gave them multiple hazards and was apparently wrong. didn't tell me what to do after and says I can just leave after failing one question and says I have to do the whole course again after getting everything else correct. do not do this website no one gives you feedback and cost nearly $300 for nothing and the people who run it are unprofessional. this website is not good do not recoomend.

1000% Do NOT recommend this scam of a organisation. You have to pay to start a course, but not only that. Courses have time limits to finish, assessor’s job is to prolong marking process to up charge their services. Constantly having assessor’s send back questions with feedback directly unrelated to the question in hopes the timer runs out so you have to pay again. Staff are in on the scheme. Do not be fooled by the marketed pricing s listed. Started a white card course for $55, upon finishing you have to pay to receive your completion in email or mailed to you. Note if you want a certificate or a card form. You need to pay again and more. If you want tracking, you will also need to pay for that. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE STARTING WITH THIS ORGANISATION!!!! A QUICK SEARCH WOULD TELL YOU TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!! I wish I never made this mistake. Thousands of negative reviews but I was unaware at the time. Ps, after paying all these extra up-charges, I will NOT be receiving my white card. Staff are in on the up charge schemes so contacting them is absolutely useless. Please save yourself the troubles and money of using Online Express Training.

Do not use this service. What is marketed as a faster and more affordable alternative to face-to-face training is anything but.

I enrolled on a Wednesday expecting a streamlined online experience. By Monday afternoon, I still had not received my White Card. The Video Assessment sat unmarked from Thursday until Sunday afternoon — nearly three full days with no response or communication. When I was then failed on an Audio/Video Assessment and required to redo it, I was already running critically short on time.

What followed was telling. I was left waiting with no urgency shown by the provider — until I paid an additional $55 for express delivery. The moment that payment was processed, my assessment was marked almost immediately. That is not a coincidence. That is a business model designed to extract more money from people who are under time pressure and have no other option.

To put this in perspective: had I attended a face-to-face course, I would have walked out with my White Card the same day — 8am to 3pm, done. Instead, this online service consumed six days of my time, cost me significantly more, and delivered a deliberately slow and frustrating experience engineered to upsell express fees.

This is not a service — it is a trap. Avoid it and attend a face-to-face course instead. You will save time, money, and considerable frustration.

Awful way of explaining and doing the tasks, and they are pretty strict with the answers. It take them 3 days to review my answers, and then they took my video call review. Just do it in person!

This company are difficult and obstructive to deal with. They are deceitful in practice, passive aggressive emails and down tight rude and unprofessional go elsewhere for your training these people shouldn't be in business.

Je met 1 etoile car je ne peux pas mettre 0. Tout simplement une escroquerie, le cours est extrêmement long et les questions sont très redondantes. Vous devez vous procurer des EPI pour faire une vidéo pour montrer que vous savez mettre des lunettes, un casque et une chemise (oui oui vraiment). Biensur ils proposent des packs d'EPI disponible sur leur site pour vous prendre un pzu plus d'argent. Le test quant à lui n'est pas très très long mais la correction dure 3 jours, le correcteur fait exprès de te demander de reformuler des reponses pour te faire payer le sevice "priority" à 55$ pour être corriger en 2h (ce qui est faux). J'ai pris ce service et devinez quoi, j'ai été corrigé le lendemain (alors que j'ai envoyé mes reponse à 1:30pm). Par conséquent j'ai ouvert un ticket support pour demander pourquoi ils font payer mais ne respectent pas leurs engagements et là compte bloqué.
Bref je vais la passer en presentiel parce que ça fait plus de 2 semaines que ça dure et qu'ils nous ont déjà assez pris d'argent (à ma copine et à moi).
Ce sont des escrocs, à fuir!!!!

I see that they have scammed many people because they are not authorized to give you the certificate. So please help me report this company so they don’t scam anyone else. Call 13 14 50 – Fair Trading
. They are not authorized to provide certification; that’s why they fail you on the last question so they don’t have to give you the certificate. The company doesn’t have a license, so if you read this, please report them. I’m going to do it so they refund my money. They scammed me, and I don’t want it to happen to you.

I just completed my QLD white card with EOT through their online training. Absolutely fantastic course, trainers who actually care about your performance and safety on the job, really engaging despite being online. I would highly recommend using them for your white card.

It's completely a scam.

Waste of time, super slow assessment and the question are not clear at all thus you need to redo it 2-3 times.

Overall learning aspect was fine - a few typos in the course notes but other than that it made sense.

The assessments were very picky and required answers which weren't even in the question - with a 3 day marking time it made the process very tedious with back and forths, and different markers would have different opinions on your answer.

Eventually my course 'ran out of time' (which seems silly since I paid for it, it should last as long as it takes me) and I had a submission in progress at the time, so I had to pay an extra $30 to reactivate my course just to find out I had passed - felt like a scam.

Save the faff, just go and do a white card course in-person elsewhere.

Avoid. Not recommended at all. High prices and poor customer service.

My experience with EOT was extremely frustrating and not what was advertised.
After paying, the system told me I had completed the course, so I left a review. Only afterwards did I receive an email saying I still had an assessment to finish.
I submitted my final assessment on Monday night and then had to wait the full 3 business days for it to be marked. The quiz questions were marked instantly, but the video assessment sat untouched for days with no communication or progress.
There is no direct email or phone number to contact — you can only raise a support ticket and wait for someone to eventually reply, which made the delay even more stressful.
I finally passed around 1pm on Thursday, but despite the website promising a same‑day certificate once you pass (and the fact that I had already paid), I didn’t receive my interim certificate until just before midnight — almost 12 hours later.
The delays, lack of transparency, and misleading timeframes caused me to miss the job I needed the RSA for.
The course content itself was fine, but the communication, support, and accuracy of the advertised timeframes were very poor. Students deserve clearer information and realistic expectations.

This is a scam, they didn’t allow me to attend class because I didn’t have the appropriate PPE currently on me, I booked Friday evening and had class Saturday Morning so I had no time to prepare as it was on my desk at the office.

Now to rebook I need to pay for the class in full again???

I’m giving one star because I can’t give less. Stay away from this site! It’s unreliable and I had a bad BAD experience!!!!

I’ve been in the construction industry for 20+ years. I’ve had to re-do my white card. Big mistake using EOT. Most painful and annoying training I have ever done.would rather sit through a day of BHP inductions than go throug EOT
