I found EPC Green via Google and after looking at reviews asked for a quote. This was half the price quoted by my estate agent so booked an assessor. I did have to pay upfront but the process was easy. Arnold, the main contact, was prompt and efficient and I was kept updated regarding my booking. The assessor Dipak was friendly and efficient. There was a minor issue with the certificate which was resolved within an hour. I only mention it because they were so prompt in replying to my query. Would recommend this company.
