I was confused getting Auto DJ working these guys responded to my plea for help and fixed me up within 30 minutes !

Had a VPS host provisioned for sometime, hadn't checked it in a while.

Came back to find out it had been deleted and I was still paying. Unwilling to refund for services not paid. Will be pursuing through small claims.

At first tried to blame me for missing a payment, then when i pointed out i had never missed a payment said he didn't know why it had been deleted and that it was my fault I didn't notice sooner

Rude, unprofessional one man band, just reselling hosting from OVA etc, but with lower levels of Service.

the hosting is great its rlly for every budget and the support is award winning thats how i feel

when ever i have stupid questions they take all the time to explain and even after hours if you do still have questions till will help you and believe me i have been asking ALOT!!

webhosting product is rlly under priced!~its soo great for soo little money

the domains are not that cheap but allsoo not that expensive just the country where i am located its just rlly cheap but if you look at global prices they rlly do their best to have fair pricing

the vpsses are not the cheapest but all the service you get makes upto it and even tho they are not the cheapest they have a low price if i look at other companys

overal its a under priced all of it and the support is great they help you think of sollutions and even if another company is cheaper they will tell you that its the most honest company i have seen

its sad there are not 6 Stars cuz the deserv 6 :)

Great Service With Them Had An Issue With A Program Running On The Server And They Took The Time To Help Me Sort!

The team at EpicHosts are...well...epic! I ordered a dedicated server and it was set up within half a day despite me placing an order at a very late time. The support team has been outstanding and not only does Terrum handle any issue you throw at him, he takes the time to teach you about it so you are informed as to what is going on.

The server is also just as fast and responsive as the support team. I will choose EpicHosts for all of my hosting needs in the future and I suggest you do too!

They gave me great help and excellent support for the web hosting and VPS I ordered as a bundle. The help from the sale representative was really kind and welcoming and they went out of their way to answer every question I had. I will keep using the web hosting and VPS for as long as I need them.

There basic plan is useless. You can't do anything with it becuase their system hogs all the resources... and then they refuse to refund you.

I notice they get lots of positive reviews here but it is interesting that it is the only review most people have left.

EDIT: they are clearly trying to do everything to ensure no negative reviews... the reply is simply inaccurate (the "options" they offered were for me to pay more for another plan) and then they tried to get Trustpilot to remove my review by saying I wasn't a customer. I provided all the order details to Trustpilot who then reinstated it.

These guys are clearly very keen to "manage" their reviews...

Stay away from this company!!! They will continue to take your money after you’ve cancelled a service! I cancelled a service in September and have still continued to bill me, they refunded me once in October and then still billed me after that to which now they ignore me and are deleting my support tickets I’m raising with them! This company is actually fraudsters! I’ve reported them to trading standards and now raising a dispute with PayPal to get my money back and I’ve got all the evidence I need to prove I’m not getting a service and they are still billing me for! How do you mess up billing someone for a cancelled service not only once but twice!!! Are you guys amateurs or as I will just say scammers! The customer service is appealing! You won’t receive any support back and the live chat is never on! I’d be really careful before using this company they literally only want your money.

UPDATE: So I received an email for “Terrum” the owner of EpicHosts stating that if I changed my review to a 3-4 star that he would refund me, which obviously I ignored and sent the email to PayPal to evidence in which I won my dispute won’t ever be dealing with this company again, I checked the UK Companies housing this company isn’t even registered? So reported to trading standards

paid for 12 months up from for a vps on windows. works pretty good but a little slow on the bandwidth coming out at between 100-200mbps which I was mistakenly thought it was a 1gbps connection which is a big shame they also dont provide ssd vps which again would be a great upgrade. there support is very good and always willing to help and was offered a 50% refund on my 12 month contract if I wanted to cancel which they were not obligated to do but I have decided to stay with them and hope they improve in 12 months time when my contract is up for renewal

Quick setup and great customer service. I have asked a few questions before purchasing and they were answered very fast, upon paying the VPN was set up very fast and I can confirm that even the budget VPS has a great connection and works perfectly fine. Recommended

I'm really quite disappointed.

Requested a VPS of a given spec, was initially given the wrong spec of VPS - fair enough, mistakes are made, they fixed that.

However, I had also requested Windows Server 2019 be installed on said VPS, and the company refuse to do this despite offering it as an option on their site (and it is still available as an option on their site at this time). I received the following "response" from them:

"Win2019 is heavily known to offer much lower performance and we have temporarily stopped providing it in the last few days to protect our customers and avoid complaints about performance issiesu. I can assure you that from my 10 years of experience that Win2012 will offer you a better ratio of performance compared to 2019 - this would apply with any hosting provider."

Which is basically nonsense, to anyone with a vague hint of an IT background. I have requested a refund three times now, which they have ignored, and PayPal refuse to do anything about it either.

I would recommend avoiding - any company that just goes quiet and ignores you when you have a valid complaint is not worth your time and money. I'll be intrigued to see if this bad review results in me actually receiving a response from them - they responded to my PayPal escalation SUPER quickly, but I've now been waiting for 12 days for a refund.

Update - here we are 3 months on from my original complaint, and the only "contact" I have had from EpicHosts is them refuting my PayPal claim in an attempt to get a refund. They've clearly been active on this page, but have chosen to ignore my complaint. So, make of that what you will - I would certainly recommend not paying for 3 months up front like I did, as you will never see that money again if you're not happy with the service. Use at your risk.
