Very helpful lady in the shop.
The cbd is very expensive but seems to be worth it.

I love the products in this store. Very friendly staff. I come in sometimes for the energetic stones, insence, etc. The only thing, I started to use the melting wax as an insence, if there could be more choice of it, would be great! Overall its a nice store, plenty of good products :)

Very helpful and friendly. Good service deliverance

Great customer service & effective products!

Lovely staff. They opened the doors up wider to accommodate my wheelchair and have a wheelchair ramp. I bought a CBD product that is helping with muscular pain and treated myself to a fancy soap.

Order was processed and delivered within 24 hours. Quite impressive rally!

Consistently great service and great products. Highly recommended.

Amazing store and amazing help and support from Elisabetta, who advised us with her kind, professional and attentive approach, orienting us towards the right products. Strongly recommended!

Fantastic service! Super friendly staff. Love the variety of healthy products in this beautiful ethical health store. 😍 Really tasty snacks as well: HumaniTea Matcha and Earl Grey Oat Milk Tea Lattes 🍵 & Well Bean Co. Chocolate. 🍫

Epiczen have a good range of products. I usually receive my deliveries in a timely manner. I can tell they care about their customers because on New Years Eve 2020 I placed an order in the morning and received my order that evening. The staff arranged to deliver my order and probably other customer orders that day, as they knew there would be delays over the Christmas period. Thank you, that made my day!

Fantastic service, polite and professional staff.

Excellent selection of vitamins and supplements, and great service too

Best Healthcare shop in town! Has such a varied supply of all things health and organic and the staff are super friendly, taking time to chat and offer up suggestions. Highly reccomended.

Very helpful and informative staff, I purchased my second face mask, and purchased Tisserand- Total De-Stress Diffuser oil. This small heath store tucked away in Camden Passage Islington has a very warm and inviting ambiance, support them as the store is a real gem!

Such a great shop with fantastic products. i love there own shop brand. I will always be going here now that i've found them

Thank you epiczen

Beautiful shop, good quality and range of products. The shop attendant was very helpful and also very knowledgeable about all the products.

This was the first time i walked into EpicZen and the customer service was impressive. I browsed around and any question i asked regarding products was answered to my satisfaction. Because it was the first time i visited the shop, and was not sure of what was being sold, i did not buy anything on this first day. I came back a day or two later to purchase something that i needed as i realized they sell organic stuff. I have to say i am very happy with my purchase and would go back there should i need something.

The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable in store.
