The software is plagued by bugs and recurring issues that affect even basic functionality on a daily basis. Resolution times have been unacceptable, with little clarity and no ETAs provided for outstanding problems. Given the current reliability of the product and the level of support provided, I simply cannot recommend it.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with CLIP IT Solutions Ltd.

I am currently trying to recover an outstanding £208.92 refund relating to transactions associated with my card ending 4564. I have contacted the company several times, but I have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I was also informed by my bank that a previous refund attempt was processed incorrectly. When I contacted CLIP IT Solutions by telephone, I was told that because I do not have an account with the company, it would be impossible for them to have taken the money. However, this did not explain the transaction or the previous refund attempt.

I requested clarification and repayment of the outstanding £208.92, but the telephone call was terminated after I raised my concerns.

I am now considering referring the matter, together with the supporting evidence and correspondence, to the relevant authorities for investigation.

I would strongly recommend that anyone dealing with this company keeps detailed records of all transactions and correspondence and obtains written confirmation regarding any refunds.

I am still waiting for my £208.92 refund and a proper explanation.

Absolute disgrace.. over one hour waiting for a support call to be answered.. would avoid if possible..

Construct Cloud customer. the user experience goes from bad to worse.

1. System updates prove problematic and not thoroughly beta tested. This has resulted in serious disruption to functionality, lengthy lead times to resolve and only the most basic of generalised communication being forthcoming.
2. 1st line customer services for Construct Cloud are a team of 6. Call wait times are routinely over and above an hour. The online ticket portal actively encourages you to call the team if you expect a speedier response. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable once connected.
3. Purchase and onboarding of other products has proved disastrous - with senior members members of the team being inexplicably absent for lengthy periods and a project left in limbo - despite the expectation of billing and license costs continuing unabated at client cost.

Terrible Customer Service. Have raised major issues about their pending tray / auto entry system on multiple occasions and have never had a response. Locked into an annual contract that we can't get out off. Major price rises after year 1 which we were not warned about. The software stops working all the time. It is also incredibly slow.

Having been a customer, from the early days - 20 years, they told us that as we were closing and no longer needed to renew our licence we still had to pay, adding we wouldn't have access. This was the account manager who didn't advise us of the condition nor was it on the renewal notice. I emailed the boss MOULE, Justin Frank and received no reply. AVOID
