Going for equity release is a big decision and comes with much anxiety and uncertainty. All this was washed away after my first contact with Steve Francis, whose professionalism, friendly, and down to earth approach was so reassuring and helpful. Our equity release was not straight forward due to the land registry so the ongoing support to get it over the line was so important and really appreciated.
To sum up, if you’re considering equity release I wouldn’t look any further. I can’t imagine a better service.
