Ordered two laundry bags in August 26. Received both and they were what i ordered. However in September I ordered a tote bag intending to use it as a birthday gift. Was sure I completed the order but received an email saying the item was still in my cart. I tried completing the order but they wanted details I didn't have. So I ordered the same item and asked if they could refund the first payment which had gone through. So now they have two payments for the same thing and after many emails still have not received a refund. So I guess it really is a scam!

It’s cheap. It’s definitely not quilted. It’s a printed picture on a cheap piece of fabric. And the picture varies from what they show online. It’s just an over priced piece of junk. Do not buy this.

This is a cruel scam…they take your money (should have smelt a rat - too good to be true) and then sent something totally different to the description and photo of the bags…don’t be fooled

I bought a large laundry basket 2 months ago. It is missing the “large Support Rod to hold it up. I emailed the company asking to send the support rod and I am getting the run around asking for information I have supplied. Hence No Support Rod to date!! I can’t use the laundry basket as it won’t stand up!! Their customer service is horrible! Do not buy from them!!

Ordered a quilted cotton bag and received a plastic bag. They wanted to give me a refund of 20%, after refusing $10. Raised a complaint through paypal and then they raised it up to a claim. Paypal decided in my favour and I got my money back.
Be careful what you buy, they lie on their website. Expect to not get what you ordered. Only pay via paypal so you have a chance to get your money back.

No stars. Utter Pooh products. Crap customer service. Site says 100% refunds offered this is a lie. There’s no refund it’s rubbish do not buy anything from them! 🤬

I also wish I had thought to read the reviews. Bought a large laundry basket. They are supposed to be free standing with durable canvas handles and quilting to suit the pattern. The bag is floppy, poor quality and badly sewn. The so called quilting is random stitching over the fabric. DO NOT BUY from ERICCRAFT. They are an absolute con!!

Ordered 5 items July 20, then heard nothing, contacted customer service and they replied they are sending once quality check is done and then heard nothing for some time. Semed fishy, found lots of bad reviews so immediately contacted bank and placed a dispute, company sent a shipping notice immediately and requested I lift the dispute. over a week later items arrived and were garbage repros. I requested a return address. ERIC CRAFT are refusing to give a return address and have provided shipping Info to the ban TO ATTEMPT to get the money released to them. I have now sent my info of the fraudulent info and their refusal to provide a legitimate return address for the dispute.. (addresses on website are reported as fraudulent) Ongoing dispute and I have no idea how this will turn out as of August 31 2026

I wish I had read the reviews. I Will always read reviews in future. The “quilted” runner was not as shown in advertising. Poor quality workmanship, binding was black in colour should have been royal blue. I would never have bought this inferior quality piece of rubbish fit only for the trash can. How to improve their service ?close shop..

I got my baskets. Honestly wasn’t expecting high end quality. But overall am pleased. However. I ordered large size and paid for large and received all mediums. They will not respond to my emails. AT ALL.

I bought 4 table runners, when they eventually arrived they were nothing like the ones on the website. I tried contacting them at the two email addresses. The first one there was no reply and the second was undeliverable which was the one for their product support. I put in a claim with PayPal and there was another email address so I listed everything there with photos. A few days later I received a reply telling me to either send them back or destroy them and send them the video of the items being destroyed. I did that and they said to close the PayPal claim and they would refund me. I was hesitant to close it but after another email telling me the same I did. That was two weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing from them even though I’m emailing them everyday. Biggest mistake was closing the PayPal claim as I now can’t claim back the US$254. BIGGEST LIARS AND CHEATS.

I would like the company to honor their statement of "Quilted". I order 2 Tote Bags and one was stitched but not quilted as Quoted. The other was not quilted or stitched. It was a print with stitching shown on the print, again definitely not quilted.
The worst of this is I have ordered from 2 other companies quoting the same thing and the pictures they show on their sites, look like the items are quilted. All were returned and then had a lot of trouble getting some sort of refund...... Just not good enough!!

I ordered a specific tote and when I received the order it was not what I had ordered. I have emailed 3 times and have had no response which makes me think it is a scam.
ordered the 01/21/2026 and received 01/29/2026. Was very disappointed as this was a bday present.

I bought this bag on Dec. 08, today is Jan. 26th, still no bag. I have emailed them 4 times with NO response. Their website contains no phone number so you can't phone them. This company is a bunch of fraudsters! Don't purchase from this company, they don't honor purchases.

These people are total crooks. The products are totally misrepresented on the website. They are described as "quilted." There is no quilting on the bags. The bags are made of cheap fabric with a distorted image printed on them.
I have attempted to email the company several times to get a refund. They do not respond to emails.

ITEM WAS SHIPPED FROM CHINA TO SAN FRANSISCO TO NY AND THEN TO BOSTON.
THE OWNER OF SAID FAKE COMPANY GOES BY THE NAME OF SHARON AS PER MY PAY PAL INQUIRY AND IS BASED IN CHINA. THE COMPANY DOES NOT ANSWER ANY EMAILS AND THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR SITE. ONCE AGAIN>>>DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FAKE OUTFIT>

Product not as advertised, cheap quality. Website states the bags are quilted, they're not! The fabric is a quilted like print. Company does not respond to emails.

I ordered on December 4, 2025. I finally received my order on January 5, 2026. The bag I ordered was not quilted nor was it embroidered. I ordered this item as a gift but I would be embarrassed to give it to anyone.

Ordered three bags for Christmas. Never received. Sent messages to their Customer Contact, got the same form letter back 2 times. Will no longer speak to me online. I have sent emails to every contact listed on their website. No answer. Did not know they were located in Hong Kong until notified by my credit card company. Stay Away....trying to get my money back from credit card, not sure if I can. Shame on me...learned a hard lesson.

Says they are in Asheville NC. They are not. Charge comes through as a foreign charge. Product is supposed to be handcrafted in Asheville but is not. They never respond to emails. Totally missed Christmas and still no order.
