Reference to several phone calls to ERS I found them very helpful in the information I required about a new printer I intend to purchase from them.

The team are very attentive and supportive, but unfortunately I’ve found the shipping experience unreliable.

The “ready for dispatch” statuses are misleading, as they give the impression that an item is available and can be shipped. More often than not, with my purchases there seems to be more to the story, and several days can pass before the parcel is actually received.

I’ve only ordered a few times, but on two occasions I’ve had to chase for additional tracking links despite the order already showing as complete. I’ve also had to follow up after placing an order because it was sitting “in review”.

There have been multiple missed delivery dates that were promised by the sales team, and I’ve also experienced issues with the couriers they use. While I appreciate they can’t be held wholly responsible for the courier, after repeated issues they could choose to use a more reliable service.

Overall, the staff are helpful and responsive, but based on my experiences so far, I haven’t found the ordering and delivery service particularly reliable.

Outstanding customer service. My printer was lost by the courier, and instead of making me wait while they investigated, ERS kept me updated, called me back when they said they would, even when it was just to say - we are working on it, but wanted to keep you informed.... and dispatched a replacement immediately so my business wasn't delayed. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in years. Cant recommend them enough.
Also just want to add how NICE it was to contact a company and speak to a human being instead of having to choose random numbers to be put through to a call centre who just read from a script. Im actually not upset at all now at the courier messing up, as it has made me so happy to have had such a great experience with a company! Guess it says a lot about most of the other companies I deal with on a daily basis. Keep up the great service ERS!!!!

My case was very specific. The thing is, I live in Kazakhstan, and there's no way to find a rare printer part I needed anywhere nearby. Thankfully, this company agreed to help me. After carefully discussing all the details regarding delivery and payment, I successfully placed my order, which has already been delivered without any problems.
