CROOKS - AVOID!! STAY SAFE ...
I have ordered 2 items from Amazon worth EUR 100.00
... 3 weeks down the line, none of them have arrived, no one is answering the phone number listed (the phone is switched off for days) and no one is replying to my emails. Have prepaid the delivery of one of the parcels .. the other one is not even registered on their system yet!

I placed an order with a restaurant I’ve ordered from many times before because thats what came up on the website for delivery.
The restaurant is brilliant so this is no reflection of them.
When placing the order it uses your location. You can adjust that to the right house as a pin point. Then put in the actual address.
An hour after ordering I phoned the restaurant and they said it was on the way.
Half hour after that I phone again.
We drop then advised they have no control over delivery.
Eventually I see someone pull up in the drive next door where the original pin drop was in a 3 house cul-de-sac.
The order was for my 78 year old mother who needs to eat at certain times.
Receiving a small order after 1 3/4 hour

They delayed my delivery for two months. Stopped answering emails.

After several years of impeccable collaboration, they suddenly suspended several deliveries (UK, France, USA). And they hit me with packages from all over the world. It took countless emails, orders and fees with alternative transport companies to get the packages delivered to me. And when I asked them to put at least two packages in the same "bag", in the warehouse in France, so that I wouldn't have to pay DHL twice, they asked me to pay a huge fee. So big that it was better to make two orders. The fee for a French dude to move his posterior to pull a scotch over two boxes, under the conditions that everything was their fault! And to make the show complete, a package from the USA reached me after about two months...EMPTY! Empty envelope, nothing more nothing less. They stole a damn broken $15 watch, bought from eBay for parts.

Damnit, I wish I read these reviews. This company is useless. Customer service is nonexistent. They don't respond to emails or answer calls. I have no idea if I will ever get my $700 purchase now
Truly truly terrible
Truly truly terrible! I ordered two jackets from two different Italian retailers. One arrived, and the other is lost ... The retailer provided documentation that it arrived. EshopWedrop simply doesn't answer calls or multiple emails. (Btw, it cost $89 to ship the one jacket.) The customer service is non-existent -- UNLESS they want to collect $89. I wanted this jacket so badly that I ignored all the warnings. But it was an expensive mistake. This is a horrible business. DO NOT USE!
Terrible
My package arrived at their distribution warehouse in Germany 10 days ago. I've contacted the company by email, phone, and FB messenger to find out when I'll receive it and have had zero response. I have no idea if/when they will forward to me because no one in customer service responds to any messages. Their website info is useless. Stay away. These guys are no good.
Edit July 21st - a month after my $200 purchase was delivered to them I still haven't received it, and still no response from the company. These guys are criminal.

Don't believe this scam
Don't believe this scam. They are not able to ship your items to you. If you are not from the EU or near those areas, you WILL be waiting for nearly half a year before you see the item you ordered. Their customer service is also horrid. They won't reply until you contact them persistently. Even then, your chances or reaching out to them is nearly impossible. Just a complete dumpster fire of a service. Luckily for me I only spent under 100$ on their service. I wouldn't recommend this method to anyone, avoid it and take your chances at eBay. At least there you're a protected buyer if anything like this happens.

If I could leave 0 I would. Rip Off company, SLOW as a week in jail, and NEVER respond or fix problems. Ordered 3 LOW VALUE customs parcels...THESE eejits treat these as HIGH VALUE and charge fees on fees on fees ABOVE the actual customs you have already paid. For 3 smallish boxes under 135 value. it cost me £285 to get it to UK. Around 60 of that for UK customs.. the rest is for this company !!! If u have more than one box..they treat them ALL as HIGH value and you.pay them nearly 60 quid per box in fees. I am DONE with them. Was bad enuf pre Brexit...but they are cashing in on fees for themselves out of it.
Scam company, they steal packages
Stay away from them, they are the worst forwarding company around. I forwarded 3 items with them and only 2 arrived, they said they "lost" the 3rd one and refused to refund me. Later I found out that the same thing happened to another person. It seems to be a common practice of them to steal some packages of people who hasn't paid for their "insurance". STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE, unless you want to throw your money away.

Horrible service they received my parcel on the 15/12/2020 and there were not sending to me with all kind of excuses. I had to make the customs declaration 3 times and then on August 2021, they said that I never made the declaration and my parcel is obsolete.
Then when I proved to them that I have done the customs declaration they admit it was their mistake and they said they will give me 10 Euros credit.
I would highly recommend staying away from this company as they are unreliable and unprofessional.
They have to do better then this.
1) Dashboard pretty much non intuitive, needs allot of UIX redesign
2) stupid overlay adds, disturbing the workflow
3) expensive, no initials price calculation possible on website, have to do it manually
4) contact form support question for lost package lands in trash, no one reads, you have to call and then the line drops you
5) pictures taken at delivery points are not readable, the camera they use is from last century's mobile phones and even those were better
Tested them over this last few Months but loosing one package which got graciously refunded by the sender puts an end to my Journey with this service.
Frustrating webdesign, i don't have time for this.
This website is definitely a scam
This website is definitely a scam. I signed up and had a package delivered to my Bulgarian address on January 15. It hasn’t shown up on my account. I tried to fill out the contact form on their website and it wouldn’t send. I tried to send an email to their “info(at)eshopwedrop(dot)com” address and it wouldn’t go through. The next step is to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Avoid this company! If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.
Edit - i tried to send an email to the email below and it once again came back as undeliverable. My carrier emailed me today that they’re sending back the package I tried to buy and it is being returned to sender because “address does not exist.” AVOID
