My search for a specific product returned this company as having the product in stock and available to purchase online. Their website was easy to use and product was delivered a few days later; well packaged and intact.

I forgot to order something and had to add it to the order afterwards. Very helpful and sorted quickly with great service and delivery.

Shipped quickly too

Order taken but nothing has arrived... not even an email stating the status of the order. Called but response was we don't have the item, whilst the site said available.

The replacement part was available, in stock, shipped quickly and works perfectly.
What more could you ask 👍

Good customer service

After a shocking previous experience with ETC I thought I would never deal with them again. But on second attempt their order was delivered on time, correct and perfectly, This time none was second hand and exactly as expected.
