Finger weg davon! Abzocke! Nach stressigen einzahlen von 300 Euro und Erzählung das ich das Geld sofort wieder ausbezahlt bekomme gingen erst mal die trades ins minus. Dann wollte ich mein Geld zurück und Konto sperren lassen. Und wurde dann doch überredet weiter zu machen. Ich habe nicht weiter investiert nach vielen überredungen. Dann aufeinmal wurden trades gemacht und das Geld hat sich verdreifacht. Dachte ok dann schauen wir mal. Als man dann wusste das ich das Konto schließen will und auch weiterhin nix einzahlen werde,stieg ich rapide mit meinem Gewinn runter.
Als ich dann endlich meinen Trade ans Telefon bekam wurde alles gestoppt und man erzählte mir das in 2 Tagen das Geld drauf sei. Nix. Ist jetzt 2 Wochen her! Kein Kundenkontakt möglich. Dann kam plötzlich ein Anruf auch ein sehr stressiger aggressiver Mensch der meinte das die Betrüger alles in Bitcoin eingezahlt haben und ich jetzt mit Ausweis usw bei Wise ein Konto erstellen soll das man den Bitcoinwert in Euro auf mein Konto zahlen kann. Ganz unverschämt wollte er dann in mein online banking wo er meine Daten sehen konnte. Er hat mich zum Teil am Telefon angeschrien. Ich habe einfach das Gespräch abgebrochen und werde jetzt auf einen anderen Weg versuchen an mein Geld zu kommen.

Ik heb eerder reviews over dit bedrijf geschreven waarna ik via trustpilot reactie kreeg zodat het lijkt alsof ze klachten proberen op te lossen. In werkelijkheid nemen ze hierna geen contact meer met je op en is er geen mogelijkheid om ze te bereiken. Ik ben hier al bijna een jaar mee bezig en ben er flink wat geld aan verloren. Ik ben zelf bereid om tot een oplossing te komen, maar het ziet er niet naar uit dat ik ooit nog contact met dit bedrijf zal krijgen.

Hola, tengo una cuenta en ETFinance y a desaparecido todo mi saldo que tenia en la aplicación,y en la cuenta de mi padre a pasado lo mismo a desaparecido su saldo,me siento estafado ya que a sido en 2 cuentas diferentes,y en el mismo día ,los he escrito correos y no me contesta,

So sadly etfinance is no more since the 14th of january...it closed permanent. I thought it would be for a little while so i put some funds in the account, but that is not the case. I got a notification on time but misunderstood it. The kind representative explained the situation. That's why i did not recieve an answer...i am waiting for my withdrawl and have to take it somewhere else...i did like the platform and their service despite the technical difficulties sometimes...

Don’t trust this trading platform, They kept insisting on me to put big money amount & promised me to assist me in my journey as much as possible but what happened was completely the opposite. I lost my money in less than 3 weeks.
Two of the advisors where veryyyy rude with me after I lost my money from thier foolishness. And the funny thing is that the customer care manager qas herself the rudest I ever met she was shouting at me on the phone.

It was my biggest mistake but at least I learned not to trust any of those traders anymore.

Don't make a mistake! Never trade with them! They will steal your money!
First, they will fool you into making money but soon as they pressure you to deposit big amounts, they make sure you lose them all. Do not trust them!
I thought I would invest money, but you'll end up having nothing. I lost a lot of money.
It is a scam!

niet je melden via de website gevraag of ze een vergunning hadden daar werd zeer onduidelijk over gedaan want het ging maar over 250 Euro ja als je op deze manier 1000 klanten binnen haal per dag dan heb je de kosten snel er uit van adverteren ook was de verkoper die zeer slecht Nederlands sprak dus het bedrijf is niet in Nederland gevestigd dus niet op[ in gaan

I came to this site wanting to learn about investing, I got a call from a so called professional and was told that even after my deposit of €250 which was mandatory I needed at least 1000 more. So I told him I don't have that kind of money and that was the end of it. After trying to get my money back several times I now find out that €160 has been taken away without ever letting me know anything about this, I tried contacting the costumer service on the site. But everytime I explained my problem and telling them I want my money back I get rejected and the chat is finished.

Finger weg von etfinance und allen Unternehmen welche mit etfinance zusammen Arbeiten. Alle positiven Bewertungen sind gekauft. Etfinance ist von der CySEC suspendiert und wird nicht geregelt! Investoren/inen werden Systematisch abgezockt. Gewinnauszahlungen sind nicht vorgesehen.
Weitergabe der Kundendaten an Dritte.
Informiert euch ganz genau, wie und welche Unternehmen in einander verflechtet sind. Da giebt es einige!

This company is so annoying. I’ve made it clear for at least a dozen times that I do not want to work with them and I still keep getting phone calls everyday, trying to convince me. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CONTACT INFO.

Habe mich Dezember 2019 angemeldet 250 EUR.Wurde überredet 1500 EUR mehr zu inwestieren was ich leider auch tat.Ok telefonat zu ende gerade aufgelegt anruf anderer Mitarbeiter von etfinance dieser meinte er hätte Gespräch mitgehöhrt (ohne mein wissen) ich soll doch 3500 EUR mehr einbezahlen könnte dann Hebel 40 Handeln mehr Gewinn (Verlust) und Fragte mich zu meinen Ersparnissen was ist das? was ich dann aber nicht tat.Ok handel begann mit bitcoin nach 2 Wochen 1000 EUR minus meiste durch swap wuste nicht was ist das, nachfrage danke Mitarbeiter von etfinance das steht doch in unseren AGB ok hoffte handel bringt mir Einsatz zurück. Vorschlag war Dollar australische 1 Woche 350 EUR minus Geld fast weg danke kein Vertrauen mehr Chance bekommen for corrona meine Frau und Kind in taihland zu sehen genutzt kam dann nach vier wochen zurück laut Anrufbeantworter Telefon Terror jeden Tag danach krise,durch handel mich etwas erholt aber wieder verloren mehrere trads sowohl pluß und minus waren plözlich zu gemacht nicht von mir? danach wurde Konto zugemacht,konnte mich nicht mehr Einloggen Obwohl noch ca.126EUR auf Konto nachfrage Support keine Antwort deswegen wann wird Handwerk betrug zugemacht

The above quote is taken from ETFinance's own website, where it has been posted for a reason. I am one of those who have lost money and want to warn others to become customers there. I am not an experienced investor and unfortunately the warning text above came too late for me.

It all started with me ending up on ETFinance due to a misunderstanding or possibly incorrect links.

When the seller from ETFinance called me, he let me know that I was right and advised me to start investing in their funds. Ignorant as I was, I first thought I had gotten where I had intended. A professional salesperson would already react there and check that the customer understands exactly what is happening.

But this ignoring of my obvious lack of knowledge continued. As it turned out later, he had made me invest a large part of my money in a very uncertain fund.

Now you may be thinking that I have myself to blame, which engages me in business I have no knowledge of. You are partly right and I take full responsibility for that stupidity. But I just want to tell you here that ETFinance does not help a customer like me enough by properly stating what risk I am about to take. Nor did I receive clear information about what choices I have, what they mean or how they should be specifically chosen by me on the website.

An example of this is that the seller in our first call rated that I have a stop loss function linked to all my transactions and can not lose more than 250 euros. He said that it is therefore completely safe to shop with them and with his help. It sounded like he honestly admitted a certain risk and sold this solution to me. What he did not inform me about then, was that I myself had to go in and tick that I wanted this stop loss function - otherwise I did not have it. So, only when my first deals were done did I - almost by mistake - learn that I had not chosen a stop!

Note that I could not follow him when these deals were made, the website is far too cryptic to understand, with many abbreviations etc. But he did not pretend that I obviously could not keep up, but only led on to the business he thought I should do. (Yes, I should definitely have reacted and pulled myself out!)
