My daughter is in love with her school!
We've been at the school since the beginning of this academic year. I haven't expected much to be honest, but the school has exceeded all my expectations!
Great teachers, the whole respectful and friendly atmosphere, very well organised routine. I like that teachers do care that the child is present at the lesson, that if he/she is present then camera and mic is on, to fully be involved in the process.
The approach is very light, without any rush from.one side, but serious and fundamental from the other side.
My daughter adores her class teacher, is in love with all her extra curriculum lessons and eager to be present at school every day!

If you are looking at this review to put your child in the system, I can say, beyond a shadow of a doubt that the teachers and support staff are excellent. All of the teachers there go the extra mile for your child and make sure that the online learning environment is a positive one with good education practices and a staff that will assist you.

If you are looking at this review to see if it is a company that you can teach at however, proceed with caution: Although you are payed very well, you do not get any written contract and communication when it comes to improvement is topdown. Even if communication is maintained, job security is questionable. You are considered as an 'independent contractor' and they can terminate your services without ANY severance package or compensation for the extra time you put in.
The children and parents are very supportive. And a pleasure to teach.

Upon reading the response to my review, I am sure that the company can provide evidence of these communications... I can. 2 meetings over zoom that I initiated concerning my health which was met with indifference and critique of my lessons and 2 emails concerning the topic which highlighted what I needed to improve which I was doing. I can prove that as well...

We used Eureka for educating our daughter in year 8. Overall this was good value for money. There was plenty of communication from the school and it was easy to manage homework through the online platform. If the children don't want to use their camera they don't have to. There is a chat function that they can use to participate in lessons. The lesson choice improved to offer things like art and P.E. which was really good. My daughter has since returned to mainstream school but this really helped her whilst she was going through a period of anxiety.

Eureka Learning is a wonderful school that really cares about each child. The teaching is engaging and personal, and the teachers do the maximum to support every student to achieve their best. You can feel their passion for both learning and the wellbeing of the children.
What we especially appreciate is the warm, family-like atmosphere. Parents are kept involved and communication is always open and supportive – it really feels like being part of a caring community.
It is also exciting to see the school growing, with new activities, assemblies, a student council and more on the way. We couldn’t be happier to be part of this journey – our daughter feels motivated, happy and valued here.

An excellent alternative to state schools, where location, mental health needs or learning difference make normal schooling impossible. Small classes, good teachers, excellent subject choice and much less stress about exams, all contributed to supporting our daughter to achieve her iGCSEs and go on to do A Levels.

I have 2 children ages 8 and 14 both studying with Eureka we are very happy with the services they provide and quality of education. All the teachers are amazing and fully supportive classes are small so all the children get a great deal of attention from the teacher. My children enjoy their lessons and are engaged with the class.
I would and have recommended eureka to other parents looking for a great home schooling solution for their children.

My son has now been with Eureka for over a year and he is the happiest that I have seen him. Small classes that aren’t overwhelming, excellent teachers who are always quick to respond to any query. Having been to a larger online school, Eureka is so much better for us. We would highly recommend Eureka.

I am an ex teacher with two mid teens.
This is the fourth online school that my two boys have tried. The others were large organisations that I would not recommend. We are now in our second year with Eureka and still very happy with them. Great organisation with great teachers and small classes!

This is a wonderful small school that has the interests of its students at heart. The assistance and care that they give is second to none. Such supportive staff, both teaching and administrative. This was the best choice I ever made for my son. Cheaper than many and a great community. With no more than 10 in a class, the teaching is good. Absolutely recommend.

Great tutors, excellent range of subjects, very flexible, reasonable cost. Fantastic for children being home schooled due to anxiety or ADHD which can make normal school too stress inducing.

After 3 failed mainstream schools, I now have my beautiful daughter back. There are now no emotional outbursts, no behavioural issues, she is sleeping well, going to the gym, no more self-harming and most importantly she is happy; she now actually wants to go to university. This change is all down to attending this online school. The lessons are recorded and accessible enabling the learner to review at their own speed. Unlike larger online schools the class sizes are small allowing the teacher to understand the needs of the students and make any reasonable adjustments to suit neuro-divergent learning. They are also accessible both during and after the lessons if the learner gets stuck. We have found that since joining our daughter is becoming more of an independent learner - a skill which is vital for college and university.

My child had been struggling in the mainstream high school environment since Year 7. In Year 8, he was diagnosed with ADHD and ASD. Despite the school's support, by the middle of Year 9, his mental health was rapidly declining. He was being removed from more lessons than he attended, often placed in isolation with little to no work completed. His attendance was also deteriorating.

After much consideration, we made the decision to deregister and home educate. We thoroughly researched various online schools, and Eureka stood out. After a successful trial, we enrolled, and my child is now studying Maths, English Language, English Literature, History, Combined Science and Geography with Eureka.

The transformation has been incredible. His mental health has drastically improved, he is happier, and he genuinely enjoys learning. He actively participates in lessons without the fear of getting answers wrong or being singled out for looking too eager which is something he experienced in mainstream school. In just six weeks, he has learned more than he did in the last six months at his previous mainstream school.

Eureka’s small class sizes (no more than 10 students) create a supportive learning environment. Teachers regularly check for understanding during live lessons, yet there is no pressure to turn on the camera or speak, as students can use the chat function instead. Homework is marked promptly, emails are answered quickly, and online parents’ evenings provide direct communication with teachers (although they are always accessible if needed).

As a parent, I also appreciate the online app, which allows me to monitor my child’s attendance and homework. If for any reason your child misses a lesson they are recorded so they can easily catch up. Our only regret is not making this change sooner. We fully expect our child to continue at Eureka and work towards taking IGCSEs.

A very cost effective, flexible way to homeschool with understanding and caring teachers and support!

It was exactly as described on the website and as Eureka's student advisor explained it would be.

My son was 14 when I removed him from school due to a dyslexia diagnosis and severe anxiety. After years of missing everything in a noisy classroom he started at Eureka, going back a year to repeat year 9.
He only does English, maths and science but he is much happier in himself. He has been given extra tuition by the head-Sarah- who is very aware of the different learning styles and has very much helped him undo blocks in missing foundations in maths.
Parents evenings are never rushed.
Any issues are swiftly dealt with which is a drastic improvement on the physical school he was attending. Classes are small and there are no disruptions allowed.
I would recommend Eureka to anyone with a learner who struggles in a noisy room and needs a bit of extra help sometimes.

My daughter has anxiety and really struggled with mainstream. She joined Eureka in February and she loves it, and is so much happier. I have had a parents evening and am always kept informed. Really amazing well worth it! Wish we had done it earlier.

My son was out of school for a period due to bullying issues and we needed to find a school that was as near to an in person school as possible. After a mass of searching, we came across Eureka, and found the whole experience incredibly supportive, from the initial e mails, to the welcome meeting, to the lessons, homework and feedback, all at a competitive price. They teach right across the board through all keystages and the teaching is excellent. My son started year 9 work. My son has had anxiety issues and autism so was a bit unsure about having his camera on, the school were fine with him having his camera off and in the short time he was with Eureka, his confidence really grew and he started contributing well to lessons.

We sadly only had a few short weeks with Eureka as my sons desire was to go back to in person learning, and we were accepted into his school after being on a waiting list for some time. ( before we started Eureka). But it was with a heavy heart that we left Eureka and should anyone be out of school for any reason and is looking for quality teaching, assessing and a friendly company, I would highly recommend Eureka. Should things not work out for my sons in person school, we would definitely go back to Eureka and would highly recommend it to anyone.

My two children, year 8 and 10 have been with Eureka since the beginning of this school year. We live in Bulgaria and wanted to give them a UK education, as we are British. The teachers are great. We had issues with one teacher being forever late, and sometimes absent without reason, but he was promptly replaced. Despite, I still give Eureka 5 stars, mainly because my son keeps saying that in the last 3 months he has learnt more at Eureka than in the last year at school. They get homework and teachers give detailed feedback. They can attend lessons and watch them again later for revision. They also provide loads of other resources and mock exams, pretty much like in a "real" school. Class sizes are very small, which suits my daughter with anxiety. They seem to work harder than every, yet have more free time. They both are so happy and have even made friends.

My son, sadly, was bullied at his school for a number of years and enough was enough when he was diagnosed and medicated at a young age of only 14 for anxiety and panic attacks!
I decided, together with my son, that we would begin a homeschooling process. I didn't know where on earth to start and actually, a friend recommended Eureka. I contacted them on their facebook page and got a reply from Sarah, the director, and we set up a free consultation meeting. This actually lasted nearly an hour and at no point did she rush me and listened about my sons particular problems. She was understanding and explained how everything would work for my son and me and the prices.
After this I decided to enrol my son and ever since ( the last 2 months) he has thoroughly enjoyed his learning. He is happy to get up and log in, his anxiety has decreased greatly and he is under review to completely come off his medication now! I am so impressed and I cant thank them enough. The teachers and the students that attend are brilliant, the students do not have too much of a chance to interact with each other other than in live lesson and all of this is under direct supervision from the teachers so theres zero bullying! I have been even more impressed with the fact that even through the pandemic, the tuition from Eureka has been uninterrupted, the communication has been excellent and the education is phenomenal.
I get notifications of my sons grades, his marking of homework and even when he submits his homework! I dont need to look over his shoulder to know he is engaging with his learning which is an added bonus, relieving the pressure on him to talk to me about it all too much when he doesn't want to.
