This was the first company (after trying to get my DBS sorted for at least 3 weeks) who were there to support me and help me through the process. Juliet was such a wonderful, calming friendly person. She went above and beyond to help me during a stressful time and helped to make the process much clearer. She remained this way even when I kept making silly mistakes which added to her time being taken. She just made me feel as though it was OK and encouraged me to keep going. As a teacher for 34 years, this is just the perfect way to support a struggling pupil! Thank you so much.

I found the system a little clunky (as I suppose it would be with so many different documents and variables to recognise) but that could just be me... and the support when i needed it was first class: big shout out to Ephraim Aikohi for his hand-holding and patience with this old technophobe.
