Very efficient, loads of appointment spaces, friendly tester clearly explained procedure and got results back within 8 hours - test certificate allowed me to go on holiday with no issues - thanks!

This was my second time at this test centre, first test done was the best I could ask for, however second test was nightmare, when I arrived at the test centre, it was closed and I was left in limbo, I booked another PCR test at different company and had to pay premium for 3 hours result. I am still waiting for refund but I have to get through to them first.

STILL The worse service ever
The worse service ever from the beginning
of collect the sample to receiving a result 24 hours after the time i needed. I will never recommend it. Has not replied back or even refund the service that they had offered to me . Due to not delivered a service on time.

£25 for admin fee to cancel tests not needed. Complete joke.
