The app never worked so results never were uploaded, luckily the incompetence of this company is the same level than gov. No help or way to flag it out. Plainly doesn't work and given for the reviews I found, never worked.

Customer service very bad, overcharge not resolved
Tests went smoothly, but I was overcharged, and am still waiting for this to be resolved.
First email unanswered, phone call to customer relations who could not help and gave me a different email address, was asked for more information, which I provided a week ago, no answer. No refund.

A seamless and efficient service.
The process could not have been easier, from booking online to attending the appointment at your Dickens Heath site . I was seen on time for both PCR tests (outgoing and day 2) and my results were emailed to me within 24 hours. The staff on site were friendly and efficient. I cannot praise the service highly enough as it just made navigating the red tape relating to travel at present just so much easier !!
