Don’t bother
Went into Evans Halshaw (BYD Birmingham) to sell my Ford Fiesta after getting a valuation online, they knocked £500 off because of the car having part service history which I stated when I filled in the online form. Waste of time and I definitely would not recommend.

The initial quote given online is just a guided price and a true evaluation can only be given when one of our specialists at the dealership have seen the car at face value and have sent the required information and evidence over to our central price team, who then provide the final offer.
We have a dedicated team that check the offers given to ensure that we are in line with the current market values of similar vehicles.
Our estimates are based on industry guide prices, live market data, and our previous sales history, as well as specific details our sales team discuss regarding the history, specification, and condition of your car.

I recently had my car serviced at the BYD garage, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and efficient. A special shoutout to Ben— what an absolute gem of a person! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, explaining things clearly and keeping me updated throughout the process. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. It’s rare to come across that level of helpfulness and attention to detail. Extremely Disappointed with Paint Quality and Service
I had purchased BYD Seal U DM-i black from here on end of December 2024. The quality was far below expectations. The paint had scratches all over on the day of delivery, and when I brought it up, they offered to polish the paint. Surprisingly they done the polishing in couple of hours. Instead of improving the situation, the polishing process left visible scratches all over the car, including on the lights, which now look worse than before.
The lack of attention to detail and care during the process was shocking. I trusted them to improve the appearance of my car, but they only caused more damage. I cannot recommend their service to anyone looking for a professional and reliable service job.

Brilliant service received from Ana. A true credit to the company. Communication was excellent throughout the process of waiting for my car to be delivered and the after care follow ups she has provided are something I have not experienced before. Overall great service and communication and the BYD Seal is an excellent car.

I had a horrible experience with my car where someone broke into it. Thankfully my insurance covered the window but the wiring was messed up. Ben helped with booking me in at the earliest time and sorting out the issue, going above and beyond. Thank you Ben, thank you BYD!

Fantastic service now my go to for everything BYD
This is the third garage I've been to for an issue on my car and next time it will be the first, Ben got back to my emails super quickly and got me straight in, the problem was fixed and he even took the time to help explain any additional questions i had about the car. really pleased with the level of service with both Ben and the service technician that worked on my car taking the time to explain what the were doing. this is what service should look like.
