Excellent service from John and was very happy to help with any issues or concerns. Was also honest and forthright with his opinions which I appreciated. Great knowledge also which helped myself as a novice on cars. Would defo recommend coming to Evans Halshaw.

John was approachable, knowledgeable & professionnal. He helped navigate through all the documentation easily. His humorous relationship with Dan (his son 😆) was great to see.

We dealt with a gentleman named Sam who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made part exchanging our car and financing out new car so straightforward and easy. He kept in contact with us and I would definitely recommend Ford Batley and will be using them again in the future.

What a bad experience! The sales hasn't let me know my expected car hasn't had it's brand warranty, and he persuaded me to buy their warranty instead. Finally I cancel my contract and can't get back the deposit.

is this a bog standard reply ? i asked the question where is a good used car dealership in batley as im from that area but lost touch. a LOT of people said dont come to evans halshaw as used car sales team not good and the word trust or lack of it was mentioned more than once, so im having a good long think before i spend my ££££££££££s, nice car to look at but not all that glitters is gold, three months gaurentee is a bit on the tight side without having to pay out hundreds for a 2 yr deal. i wasnt going to be spending 5 grand on a fiesta it would have been substantially more but atttude and response NOT from the rep i was dealing with but this was from the so call arrogant used car manager, WHO NEEDS RETRAINING IN THE BASICS, dont be too fast to bite my hand off to get my cash, give a little and you MAY get the sale. i may or may not be back, depending what VW dealers can do, good luck lol
