Cameron is an asset to your company! I walked in not knowing what car I wanted and he found me the perfect car. He answered all my questions and talked me through the process step by step making sure I understood fully. He was so friendly and approachable and made the whole process so easy and quick. Second time having my car serviced at Ford Chorley. They quickly addressed a booking error, staff were polite and friendly as always. Car was collected/delivered promptly and returned back spotless.
It's really helpful having the video checks and being able to authorise additional work online. Prices are comparable to non-Ford garages locally, so well worth the dealership service stamp in my opinion.
