Great communication with the team before viewing the car. We had a warm welcome when we arrived with knowledgeable staff on hand to offer assistance. George took us through everything with detail and organised a great deal for us. :)

Booked my car in for valuation. Dealt with a very helpful young man. He asked if I had found another car. There was one there that suited me. I went for a test drive. There was no pressure, he explained everything I needed to know.

We purchased a vehicle from this dealer on 17/05 with it being advertised as having full service history, on collection of the vehicle we were told that the SH would be emailed across as it was online. We made it clear in our appointment that we would not be interested in purchasing the vehicle if it did not have FSH, we were assured on numerous occasions that it did. We spent the next 4 weeks chasing for this paperwork to be finally told that the vehicle does in fact not have FSH, as compensation we were offered a free service which we declined. We had purchased the vehicle expecting a FSH and the price should have reflected this. The vehicle not having a FSH would affect the price of the vehicle if and when we came to sell it on in the future. The dealer admitted to the vehicle being missold and it was agreed that the vehicle would be returned and a full refund given. The manager asked for us to return the vehicle ASAP, and on receipt of the vehicle we would have a full refund within 3 working days. After 4 working days we chased to be told that it was processed that day, another 4 working days later we re chased to be told it had been processed that morning and we would get it the next working day at the latest, yet again 2 working days later we had to re chase to be told it was processed at 11am that morning. We finally received our refund 2 weeks after the vehicle had been returned. Throughout this process we continued to chase the manager who ignored all contact attempts. Would not recommended this dealer to anyone, our experience has been a disaster from start to finish.

Had the cambelt changed on my Ford Fiesta. My car was picked up and returned to my place of work free of charge which was brilliant.

Having shopped around at various dealers over a period of weeks it was refreshing to come to Evans Halshaw, Wrexham and receive a face to face service with professional helpful staff. Ella Rowland was exceptional in the way she dealt with our negotiations and we would be happy to buy from her again.

Disappointing service throughout. 123 miles on the clock for a brand new car with no explanation after waiting 45 minutes for it. Very much lacking in customer service throughout the whole buying experience. Hopefully that doesn't carry on with the aftercare.

The dealer not only fitted my Transit Custom in for Diagnostics in a couple of days, but also did some scheduled service work too while it was in.
The Service technician went above and beyond with the diagnostics and relayed back all the important information and was helpful from start to finish.
While Bretton may be closer - the quality of the service in Wrexham is certainly worth the extra travel time. Well done guys.
