Amazing young sales man!
I am very impressed by the customer service I received from jarreth, even after I must have frustrated him with my mindless questions... I decided just to walk in and have a nosey and would have quite happily just looked around on my own, however he came over very promptly and really made me feel welcome, showing me around and letting me see different cars and recommending the ones he thought would suit what I was looking for. Great experience buying a car from Nathan
Great experience buying a car from Nathan.
Not one ounce of pushy salesman. It was extremely busy when I came but the team still went out of the way to make time for me.
I was interested in two cars different spec. Nathan didn't push for the more expensive one, just explained the differences and let me make up my own mind. He took an interest in my personal circumstances and what I needed the car for again explaining the differences but not pushing one over the other.
The whole experience was so relaxed from start to collection. 5*
