Staff friendly, efficient and professional but parking a total nightmare. Difficult to check your car in if you can't park. Tech staff let me use the MOT bay otherwise there was nowhere else to park.

Good but pricey MOT and service. Haggle to get better deal.
Reception attentive. Service and MOT completed in reasonable time. Although the MOT was delayed for an hour, due to too many MOTs being carried out. Evans Halshaw statement (also on a poster in the showroom) states a repeat customer would get a good deal on their car service etc. However my initial quote was very high. I later managed to negotiate a slightly lower price. however, although I was offered a £25 MOT at another garage, they wouldn't go lower than £40 here!

Had a minor service and m o t, although I think the minor service was a bit pricey. I asked for details of the 3 year warranty I took out when buying the car last year, and was told it would be forwarded to me, but I'm still waiting.
