10k service ended up 1k over, we waited an hour for the car to be valeted, to find he was on lunch and we would have to come back another day and we waited an hour again, the valet was minimum effort, outer wash, not wiped down, inner hoover, no surfaces cleaned, automatic systems were turned off for the service but were not reset as they were set up and didn't inform me of such.

I had an outstanding experience working with Corey from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions clearly, and never made me feel pressured at any point.

What really stood out was his professionalism and honesty. He was transparent about pricing, options, and the entire process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The level of customer service went above and beyond my expectations, could not thank Corey enough and highly recommend him!

We had an excellent experience buying a car from Evans Halshaw Hyundai Grimsby. From start to finish Dylan went above and beyond to ensure the process was as easy as possible. Coming from the Isle of Lewis, we had arranged to collect the car from Glasgow, and despite our travel delays due to ferry cancelations Dylan was very accommodating and arranged for the car to be in Glasgow when we arrived.
He contacted us the day after to ensure everything was ok.
We would highly recommend Evans Halshaw, and would buy from them again in the future.

Good buying experience with Luke who dealt with the buying process professionally.
A couple of points in my opinion and to write an honest review. Firstly the car was not in a presentable condition as regards to a poor valet and 2 other things relating to preparation both the newly fitted rear tyres were excessively inflated by +10psi and the rear numberplate was not screwed on properly and rattled all the way home.

After a stressful time deciding what was my best option going forward, I walked into the showroom, nice and quiet (for me).
Luke spoke with me, and after a very long discussion and going back and forth for the right deal, no pressure just chill.

I have recently purchased a a Hyundai i20 at this site and I would just like to say that the staff at this site as so polite and helpful, I was helped by a salesman called Connor and he was friendly and polite and was very helpful he showed me around compound and was patient with me and answers all my questions, he took me through every step when purchasing the vehicle as this was my first time getting a vehicle on finance. The vehicle is amazing and pristine and Connor ensured that it was a quick and stress free experience and I just can’t thank Connor and the amazing team at Hyundai Grimsby the reception Pam was friendly and welcoming, and Matt the sales manager was amazing he was polite and friendly he ensure that I was getting the best price for the vehicle and worked with me to keep within my budget as best he could and i greatly appreciate this and overall an amazing site everyone went above and beyond with customer service I will definitely be returning here when I am ready to exchange my vehicle.
