Bought a car from Matt Neath who was excellent! From paying a deposit online after receiving a quality video walkthrough to the test drive, and then all the legal payment bits and pieces in the dealership the process went smoothly from start to finish!

From making my initial enquiry to arriving to test drive the vehicle - the service was superb. Everything was as promised. The information was explained thoroughly and professionally to me - which at 72 years old was appreciated. Jimmy was my contact and as we agreed to the purchase he brought Paul his manager over to introduce himself and he asked if I was satisfied with everything? Jimmy took us out on a "test drive" to make sure we were aware of all the features and happy with the vehicle. A refreshing change to get such a friendly and professional service. Thank you very much 🙏 What I'd like to add is we visited another Peugeot / Citroen dealership earlier in the day - we were just given the fob to take it for a drive on our own - the sales person couldn't answer any questions about the spec of the vehicle like "has it got integrated satnav?" - "does it have a reversing camera?" etc - and generally just didn't give us any confidence - so we drove over to Mansfield and 2 hours later drive out with a vehicle mainly because we felt like valued customers. Thank you 🙏

5 weeks of complete misery starting on the 19-3-24 (N7 PHT) Ford Edge, not inspected properly on collection, problems from then on with the same problems, customer service ZERO. If this was the company I worked for, I would not have a job now, car now back up for sale £ 610.00 more than I paid, must be the repair bill

In the end I didn't buy a car from Evans Halshaw Mansfield but the service I received from Matt was outstanding. He went above and beyond helping me with the car I was interested in, very professional, personable and friendly without being pushy or to salesy. The best experience across a number of dealerships that I had throughout my purchase and I would totally recommend this dealership (who did sell me my previous car!).
