Don’t even deserve one start… absolute rip of merchants
Bought the car in may 2023 for almost £10000, service light came on within 2 weeks had to pay £170 for that as they said as they said they don't cover services. Picked the car up within a couple of days service light came on took it to a different mechanics said that it hadn't been properly serviced an oil life was at 35%. In October 2023 car started whistling really bad took it down they said it was egr took that down they "fixed" it as it was under warranty picked the car back up less than 24hours after engine warning light came back on and the car went it to limp mode called them to inform them they said there was a slight split in the inter cooler pipe that leads to the egr coincidently and that inter cooler pipes aren't covered by warranty. Long story short technician broke there inter cooler pipe but won't admit liability. Also both front swinging arms needed replacing which wasn't under warranty as it's down to wear an tear even thought we've done less that 4000 miles in the vehicle. Absolutely poor service from Sheffield Penistone Road branch.
