We had reserved a car over the phone.
When we arrived Katie greeted us, showed us to the car and checked what our requirements were in a new vehicle. She showed us around a few other alternatives to ensure we made an informed decision.
Having decided on a car she took us through the purchase process in a helpful, friendly manner and got us on our way later the same day in our new wheels.

PLEASE HELP
Car in on Monday 10th for diagnosis and repair still won’t be ready until Monday or Tuesday 17th or 18th hopefully???. Parts arrived but no priority given to repair. Customer left without transport with hospital appointment to keep and wife with disability confined to house due to lack of transport.

Five stars for Rhys Ebdon in Sales, Jordon and Michael in the Service department. If we bought a nearly new car again, we would specify full service as part of the pre-purchase checks. After driving round the block a couple of times after purchase, we had to wait three weeks for the Service department to look at the car and find the fault was (hopefully) just that it was low on oil.

Good experience
Katie was very helpful and responsive from first enquiry to final sale and made the experience comfortable and pleasant, both via email and in-person.
Dealer's overly pushy sales strategy for add-ons is slightly off-putting. Vehicle had barely enough petrol in it to get to petrol station which wasn't very impressive.
