Seit einigen Wochen nutzet mein Sohn das EVERCROSS Hoverboard regelmäßig und ist sehr zufrieden. Das Board ist stabil und hochwertig verarbeitet, Es wackelt nichts und ist nicht locker ist. Die Handhabung ist einfach, sodass er sich nach kurzer Zeit sicher darauf bewegen konnte. Besonders für Einsteiger ist das angenehm, weil die Steuerung gleichmäßig reagiert und nicht ruckartig ist. Auf ebenen Flächen fährt es ruhig und flüssig, und auch Unebenheiten meistert es problemlos. Die Akkuleistung ist für entspannte Freizeitfahrten völlig ausreichend und die Ladezeit bleibt im Rahmen. Zusätzlich sorgt die LED-Beleuchtung nicht nur für eine coole Optik, sondern verbessert auch die Sichtbarkeit bei Dämmerung.

Moto eéctrica que nos llega prácticamente montada. Solo hay que montar el manillar y es bastante sencillo. La moto en sí es una pasada, puedes usarla por caminos perfectamente y aprender a conducir con ella. Es bastante estable, divertida de conducir y a los críos les encanta. Además de todo eso, lleva altavoz Bluetooth y música bastante completa divertida. La recomiendo.

Bought a evercross ek30 pro a week ago and smoke came from under the seat at first switch on. Reached out to evercross for "help" loads of emails later I finally got a response offering to fix the controller, I'm sorry but a brand new bike faulty on delivery requires a brand new replacement not a fix of the old one that burned out on first switch on. I stated this was unacceptable and I require a brand new controller, since then my emails have been ignored, now I'm left with a bike that does not work at all. The customer service is terrible at this place. If they sort my problem I will return to this review and update it, but at present I'm very very disappointed in this company.

I purchased 2 electric scooters mid December as Christmas gifts one broke by early January, emailing was a nightmare because of the time zone difference, the company would only respond 12am-3am they had sent a total of 3 different parts in 3 months none were successful, all I wanted was a replacement or refund so one of the kids could actually enjoy their Christmas gift in March, they refused to honor the request they just wanted to keep sending parts & wanted me to keep sending videos and pictures. After many frustrating attempts I finally reached out to the extra protection plan I purchased. I'm getting a replacement but not through evercross. Just don't waste your time trying to get help through evercross manufacturer warrant, always buy the extra store protection plan. Evercross is useless!

Had two of the same product. Kids electric dirt bikes. After a year and a half, and not that much riding, both have stopped moving. They show full charge and act like they are going to go but dont. I reached out to the manufacturer multiple times due to them simply just not responding or trying to help with my issue. Just ghosted me. I decided to ask to buy a battery to see if that would resolve the problem and experiment on my own and when they did, their answer was they dont have that part. You cant find the battery online either. Won't buy this brand again and dont recommend.

Mio figlio adora la moto EV05M che gli ho regalato. Ha solo 6 anni ma riesce a usarla senza problemi.Non è troppo pesante, quindi non mi preoccupa il fatto che possa farsi male se cade. Per il prezzo che ha, direi che è assolutamente consigliata.

Raised an issue with a hoverboard who's battery died after 3 months. Took 2 months to tell me they couldn't find my order. Then when I gave them the info it took another 6 weeks to tell me I could buy a new battery for £40, even though the item was still under warranty. Has now been another 3 months and I have had no reply to any further emails.

Ich habe das EK28 für Wochenendtouren gekauft und bin echt begeistert. Die 7 Gänge helfen auf unterschiedliedlichem Gelände, und auch unbefefestigte Wege meistert es gut. Akku reicht locker für längere Touren.Die Reichweite ist realistisch, wenn man nicht permanent Vollgas gibt. Für Ragwege und leichte Waldwege perfekt. Verarbeitung ist gut und macht einen langlebigen Eindruck.

Problème avec le frein avant, je contacte le SAV qui me demande d'envoyer photos et documents du vélo, ce que j'ai fait !
Depuis plus aucune nouvelles malgré une relance.
Si vous achetez un Evervross priez pour ne pas avoir de problème !
Sinon à fuir !

I had a problem with my Evercross electric scooter it stopped going and it showed a
E-10 error on dashboard control so i figured out that the controller box was broken so a new one was $60 but they sent me new one for $50 so i got a $10 discount wich was greatly appreciated, so i installed it myself and it fixed the E-10 error so now i can continue to ride my Evercross electric scooter with no E-10 problems and they also asked me if there was anything else i needed to let them know, so i told them that i needed new Led lights for the sides of my electric scooter because they where not working so they sent me them for $20 normally $55 and i also needed a backup charger so they sent me a upgraded one that charges a little quicker then my original one for $20 normally $56, thanks to evercross everything works properly now, they also asked me if i ever need anything else to let them know, so that was my great experience with Evercross thank you so much!!

Mein E-Bike kam schnell und gut verpackt an. Der Kundenservice war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Fahrqualität ist hervorragend – leiser Motor, tolle Reichweite und modernes Design. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt einfach. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder kaufen!

Ich bewerte hiermit hauptsächlich den Suppory und nur kurz den Scooter.
Zum Fahrzeug gibt es nichts neatives zu sagen. Mein Nachbar hat zufällig den gleichen und der ist ebenfalls zufrieden.
Zum Support: Wegen meiner Versicherung musste ich nochmaks die ABE haben und hab die echt nicht mehr gefunden. Also habe ich Samstag Nachmittag den gefunden. Also habe ich Samstag Nachmittag den Support angeschrieben und um eube beye gebeten. Sonntag Nachmittag hatte ich die ABE zugeschickt bekommen. Einfach irre dieser Service und es sind noch nicht einmal Kosten entstanden.
Besser geht es wirklich nicht

Die Produkte von Evercross sind sehr qualitativ hochwertig. Kann ich wirklich nur für alle empfehlen.

Der bestellte Scooter ist gut verarbeitet, die Lieferung ging fix und alles wurde ordentlich verpackt. Ich habe keinen Einwand, hier nochmal einzukaufen :)
