i found Tom on google and have found him to be quite techical in his advice to a laymen like myself - regarding a party wall - which allegedly is his specification, when i asked him to simplify a little he said i should re read what he had already sent (which was very technical) i found Tom to almost be working for the other party and not myself as i had instructed him to do so therefore i would not recommend and it would be good to feel that someone is on your side when dealt with a stressful situation sadly this was not the case. Tom acted like i was an encumbrance if i asked him to go over and above i felt like he was really not interested in assisting me in anyway shape or form,he was also very short when questioned.
