Amazing Gym! Staff friendly and don’t feel overwhelmed when walking in

Great place. Facilities and machines for both cardio and weights are fantastic. Staff are mega aswell. Talkative, down to earth, and always willing to help.

Myself and my brother attend this five days a week. We know the staff well.
Today I brought my nephew who was looking at getting a membership too. On my membership, I have 2 free passes a month. My nephew used one yesterday and was due to use another today. I arrived at the gym and there was nobody at the counter. As we know the staff and we have every intention of using the free pass and him signing up regardless we scanned him in. 5 mins into our workout, ash, the store manager, approached us in the middle of the busy gym. Challenged us about the incident which we explained I had a free pass but there was no staff available at the time. He said we were taking the p*** and that we basically stole from the gym. That I should have looked for a member of staff. I told him he's being over the top and needs to calm down. He began to start again and was asking my nephew is he going to sign up or not but I'd had enough at this point and told my brother and nephew we are leaving. Basically calling me a thief In front of a busy gym, when I'm in there most days, to which I'm shocked he didn't even know us considering everyone else that works in there does. Shocking. Totally unprofessional behaviour. I won't be returning, neither will my brother, and he lost out on another potential member too.

Great Gym and great team! The whole team from Chloe on reception who is very helpful to the training team (Sophie, Marcus, Rorie & CJ) who are all super friendly and have gone out of their way to push me towards achieving my goals.

Fantastic atmosphere, good variety of equipment, nice and clean gym. The assistant gym manager Micah was very helpful in helping me settle into the gym.

Chloe is a great at her job. She is front of house and is a happy soul and always helpful. Always has a smile amd makes the best protein shakes. Shannon is a good member of staff just came mad very friendly. Always helping n keeping gym clean. Amd is great at her classes I advise anybody give it a go

Sophie is the best staff in the gym , she is very friendly with the clients , she is also a great asset

I had a fantastic experience at the gym, thanks to Ben's exceptional customer service. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made my visits enjoyable. Moreover, the smoothies he prepares are not only delicious but also a perfect post-workout treat. Ben's dedication to providing a positive atmosphere truly enhances the overall gym experience.

The aesthetics of the gym are perfect and they do definitely make me come back. The staff here are very professional , always happy to help. Chloe is always happy to help and a big shoutout to Micah who always is positive making sure my workout is always going great. Micah is definitely a reason I stuck to this gym

Pros are that the gym looks modern and has a decent amount of equipment.

Now onto the negative;

Customer service is non existent. Probably the worst I have experienced in any place (retail, health and leisure etc).
I cancelled my membership and paid the required amount of notice, this was all confirmed in writing by the gym manager.
However it has recently come to light that Everlast have been charging me every month for the past year or so accumulating into the account showing in debt to £280.

I have attempted to contact the gym/accounts on numerous occasions via email, telephone and having redownloaded the app via that. All attempts to clear the account of this error have failed due to their unacceptable customer service.

Email addresses provided don’t work.

Telephone communication did not provide any relevant information, the only advice I received was do you want to rejoin and for £5 we will clear the account.

Messages sent via the Everlast gym app had been received and show they have been read, however still no response from the past 5 weeks of weekly messages sent to them.

My advice is stay well clear of this company and gym, there are many other gyms out there which will provide a much better professional customer service.

Excellent gym, great hospitality and excellent staff. Micah is an excellent manager who looks after me, always giving great tips and helping to improve my performance. 5 stars to the gym and this man!

Great Gym, Great Staff! Mega place to train

Great gym with lots of equipment and everything you need. Cheap membership prices and staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Especially David who was on the front desk, also makes a great smoothie

Mostly friendly people are around staff included, you feel welcomed when u step in.
Ohh and I love the boxing equipment
