Warning: Everpharma Ignored My Complaint About a Bad Batch of Cerebrolysin
I have used Cerebrolysin before and found it very effective, so I invested in a large batch of 64 packages (5x5ml each) for my health. This was a huge financial investment for me, but you can imagine my disappointment when the medication turned out to be ineffective.
I had a valid doctor’s prescription and purchased the medication legally. Since I rely on Cerebrolysin for my health, I was devastated when the batch did not work as expected.
I had two boxes left from a previous batch and used them to compare the quality. The difference was immediately noticeable, confirming that the batch I received was compromised. This is both financially and medically devastating for me.
I contacted Everpharma directly, and Dr. Ondrej Hanousek initially acknowledged my case and forwarded it to Ms. Karin Puchegger, but after months of follow-ups, they stopped responding. I only asked for my batch to be replaced with an undamaged one, not even for a refund, yet they left me with nothing.
This is a horrible way to treat a loyal customer who depends on this medication. Cerebrolysin is used for stroke, dementia, and neuroprotection—if bad batches are out there, how many patients might be affected without knowing?
I am sharing this to warn others. If you receive a defective product, don’t expect Everpharma to stand behind their medication. If anyone else has had similar issues, feel free to share your experience.
