I am a huge fan of Evolve Organic Beauty's products but also of the brilliant customer service I've received, over many years. I've found the team (e.g. Kate, Isabella, Laura, Violaine etc) to be very kind, friendly, caring & dedicated to helping me with any queries I may have. On the rare occasion I've had a slight issue with an order/a delivery, the team have been quick to resolve it (e.g. resend or replace it, with no extra cost to me) & they leave me feeling very happy. They make me feel that they value & care about me & their customers. Because of the quality of their products, their loyalty/rewards program & the wonderful customer service I've received, I've found myself using even more of their products (which continue to give me good results) & actually preferring to buy directly from their website nowadays. A recent example of the great customer service I've received is when the lovely Kate took the time & trouble to help me with my Evolve rewards points, which weren't showing clearly on the browser I normally use & she did everything possible to make sure I could see & get my points & was very patient & kind with me & my technical struggles! Another is with a voucher I had, which she helped me out with it so that it worked! Many thanks for everything, Evolve Organic Beauty! :-)

This is a very effective product. This is my favorite cosmetic.

I’ve been using their products for a couple of years now and really rate them but felt compelled to write a review after receiving some absolutely brilliant customer service. I got in touch with, what turned out to be a user error, but Kate could not have been more helpful. Not only did she assist my silliness gracefully but she gave me a discount code because I mentioned I missed the last sale. Wow.

Paar jaar geleden gestart na een proefpakket en mede door het fantastische AHA 3min Miracle Mask met direct resultaat! helaas is dit produkt dit jaar veranderd is niet meer hetzelfde het ruikt sterk naar kurkuma en is te dik waardoor ik het niet meer als peeling voor elk huidtype kan gebruiken en deze dus niet meer bestel,verandering is niet altijd verbetering ,best jammer maar Daily Renew is wel verbeterd een hele fijne creme , Age Defying liftingserum heel goed en Bleu VelvetSerum top, hyaluronic eye complex roller heel fijn! Verder is het een heel goed bedrijf ,ik hoop dat ze verder mogen groeien dat verdienen ze hebben altijd goeie service en leuke trainingen.

Clean and truly clean products which is a big plus for me. Not only that the customer service is amazing I had a slight problem with a order and it was sorted in minutes and a new product send out

Love the new sunless glow 3 in 1 gradual tan, gives a great natural, streak free tan. Also tried a few of the face masks which I love. The hyaluronic eye serum with a small roller applicator is cooling and hydrating. Great products and good customer service.

Been using Evolve for almost 10 years and my whole body thanks me for it. Having been diagnosed with PCOS, I switched to all natural skin and hair care and boy am I glad did! The brand might not be the cheapest but lasts a long time, has amazing customer service and is eco friendly.

I bloomin' love Evolve products, I've been using them for several years now but just upgraded my skincare routine with a big haul of products for anti-aging, there's literally not another company out there for such high quality natural and organic skincare that actually works. Recently a delivery was messed up by the courier and they resent it straight away, tracked next day and added a free gift which was amazing. Plus many of the products are noted as pregnancy safe even a retinol oil & glycolic toner!

Absolutely stunning beauty range. I’m in love with their creams, serums, eye rollers, mists. You name it!
Everything I have been looking for with natural ingredients plus they work and are dreamy.

Perfect skin care and all natural! Love it knowing it’s helping with blemishes and wrinkles. I would only use natural products on my body and I trust evolve completely.

Love that it is natural ingredients. Works well enough. But the smell is awful. Reminds me of fake tan from 30 years ago. Unfortunately would not buy again.

The product came damaged and therefore unusable and a month later I haven’t had a replacement, nor a reply to any of my emails. Sadly not a professional company and best to go elsewhere.

Fantastic products. Bought as gifts for work colleagues and everyone has commented how much they love them. Found the brand via The Artisan Founder - such a great discovery and I will be purchasing more.

One product I ordered did not work for me (as I have very reactive skin) and the company went above and beyond to help make amends. I was fully refunded for the product and told to keep it to give to a family member / friend (gave it to my mother-in-law and it agreed well with her skin). Evolve then went on to send me two free full sized products that are suitable for sensitive skin. Truly unexpected and thoughtful customer service to go to such lengths. Highly recommend this company!

Excellent customer service and high quality products.

I am a UK customer and have ordered from this company 3 or 4 times in the last few months. They are on the pricier side but they are well worth it! Fresh, smell great, and make your skin feel wonderful! I have oily skin so use their products designed for this and they have done my skin the world of good. Would highly recommend giving them a go.

Première commande reçue en seulement 2 jours depuis l'UK vers la Belgique avec DHL ! Très impressionnée par la vitesse de livraison, surtout en période de BLACK FRIDAY.
Aucun frais de douane vu que la valeur de la commande était en-dessous des 150 € (TVA incluse), la limite pour l'UE. Code promo de bienvenue plus généreux que d'autres eshop, et livraison gratuite.

Produits de qualité bien que je regrette la présence d'allergène dans plusieurs des compositions de produits dédiés aux peaux sensibles justement. Je n'ai pas encore assez de recul pour les juger pleinement.

Cependant je laisse 4 étoiles car je trouve le site web peu agréable à visiter avec beaucoup de bugs et d'incohérences… Premièrement, je ne pensais pas être tombée sur le bon site web tellement le style dénote avec celui des packaging des produits minimalistes et épurés.
- Le pire problème fut que chaque article que je mettais dans le panier se retrouvait automatiquement en double (sans promo 1+1 gratuit), et vu qu'un pop-up s'affichait à chaque fois en masquant le panneau du panier, je ne l'avais remarqué qu'à la fin, et heureusement. Je ne sais pas si c'était fait exprès, de malveillance pour piéger les clients ou quoi que ce soit, mais je ne trouve pas ça normal du tout.
- J'ai du faire beaucoup d'allers-retours entre les pages produits pour m'y retrouver entre les kit/collection/ensemble/duo et les produits unitaires où certaines choses n'étaient pas très claires, voire correctes. Par exemple tel produit est prix plein sur telle page, mais pas sur une autre, le format voyage est en promo mais pas le taille réelle, les sections "cadeaux à moins de XX€" comportaient des articles qui allaient au-delà. Bref assez frustrant et de nouveau, semble peu honnête.
- La page des coffrets cadeaux est inutilement compliquée à parcourir avec des encarts et des vidéos qui se lancent toutes seules (ayant un TDAH, c'est très déconcentrant), au lieu d'une grille produits à scroller tout simplement.
- 2 voire 3 pages produit pour le même produit au lieu de mettre les deux/trois volumes comme option sélectionnable sur la même fiche. Pas moyen d'exclure les formats voyage des recherches.
- Pour finir, je trouve le texte peu optimal à lire, gris ou vert pastel sur fond blanc avec une fonte très fine et un espacement entre les caractères inutile, c'est bof… même pour mes relativement jeunes yeux.

De base, il faut être attentif·ve lorsqu'on achète en ligne, mais on devrait pas devoir être autant sur le qui-vive.

Cependant, j'apprécie les produits et la vitesse de livraison, hâte de voir leur effet sur un plus long terme.
