Save your money, do not use
Stay clear. I repeatedly received communications in German, even though English is my selected option; the CV review was pointless as they suggested no changes to improve; the jobs suggested, (that is the few times in 6 months I actually got some..),were bizarre as they did not reflect my skills or experience and seemed to be in a vertical that I didn’t want; there were ZERO headhunter contacts..
In short I believe this site to be nothing more than a web scraper of company websites with no value added.

Resume review by TopCV. Why?
I thought I was applying for a role advertised on Experteer. Next thing I know I’m getting an email from TopCV trying to sell me a resume review. Looking at their privacy statement I’m struggling to see how Experteer sharing my CV with a company selling a resume review service helps me in any way especially as I’ve already had my CV professionally reviewed. Looks like the „jobs“ advertised on Experteer might just be a way of selling ancillary services. Will be interesting to see if I receive any communication about the actual role I applied for.
Odd how so many of the positive reviews for Experteer relate to how great they are when asked for help to cancel a subscription.
So my experience is that the job you apply for likely doesn’t exist and Experteer is basically a front to sell a resume review service. Many other reviews are the same and i expect that there is some incentive for a positive review from those who cancelled their Experteer membership. Why else would someone say give a positive review for a service they were unhappy with and then cancelled.

Provided zero value add.
No reminder account is renewing.
Emailed to cancel literally hours into the renewal date , informing them I got zero value from subscription and the service provided was not helpful. I was told too bad, contract says I had to cancel BEFORE the date and not ON the date. Zero effort made to understand my concerns or issues with their product and services- just give us your money and we don’t care. Stay away. You will get zero value from this and it overall feels like a scam.

Vorsicht, in meinen Augen Abzocke!
Mir wurden vor Abschluss eines kostenpflichtigen Abos vielversprechende Stellenanzeigen angezeigt. Nach dem Bezahlen waren genau diese Vakanzen plötzlich nicht mehr verfügbar. Aus meiner Sicht eine klare Täuschung, um zahlende Kunden zu gewinnen. Kein echter Mehrwert durch das Abo. Sehr unseriös – absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Do not waste your time or money
I would give negative stars if I could. I signed up for a subscription only to get profile matches for jobs hundreds of miles away that weren’t even close to my skills. I noticed the renewal in my bank account and cancelled the same day. I requested a refund since no reminder was provided but they refused. I tried to dispute the charge through my bank so we shall see how that turns out.

Penetrant über alle Kanäle.
Wie immer alles bestätigt durch die experteer-Antwort, fiese Ergänzungen am Ende ->
Ich wurde von einem "Headhunter" kontaktiert, der aber gar keine Jobs hat sondern Franchise verkauft.
Jetzt soll ich Experteer dafür bezahlen, dass mich der Vertriebler mit Werbung vollmüllt?
Die sogenannte "Kontaktanfrage" des Verkäufers bekomme ich nämlich nur zu sehen, wenn ich Premium abonniere.
Da ich das Foto vom letzten Betrugs-Versuch erkannt habe und über Bildersuche feststellen konnte, dass das Werbung ist, bin ich nicht drauf reingefallen. Trotzdem versucht experteer penetrant über SMS und Emails mich in die Premiumversion zu locken.
1. Wie bereits bei der letzten Bewertung erstmal abgestritten, dass es eine Beziehung gibt.
2. In der Antwort wieder der Versuch mir eine kostenpflichtige Version zu verkaufen. Wie dreist ist das bitte? Ich beschwere mich über die dreisten Verkaufsversuche und als Antwort ein weiterer Versuch mir das Produkt zu verkaufen.
3. Der Beweis, dass eine Email im Eingangspostfach nur kostenpflichtig zu öffnen ist.
4. Keine Reaktion darauf, dass der "Headhunter" überhaupt kein Headhunter ist sondern ein Verkäufer von teurem und vermutlich nutzlosem Franchise.

Deceptive Membership options and labelling
At time of this post, the membership options offer 1mo + 3mo + 6mo + 12mos with a scaled cost (ex., 1mo = $39.95; 12mos = $24.95/mo). BE WARNED, however, the company will continue to automatically charge you every month, no matter which term you sign up for.
And, they will not reimburse you for any misunderstanding based on this deceptive labelling.
I only wanted to trial the service for 1mo, got charged for additional months with no use, did not find Experteer any more useful than the free version of LinkedIn or other job-sites and had a very poor Customer Experience re; membership. Do NOT recommend.

Even worse than ATS or recruiters!
This site is an absolute joke!!!! I'm not a premium member as I've seen and heard from multiple sources it is a pain to cancel the membership. However, I have been a member for years on this site. I have spent over a decade in mid-level, PM, senior management (corporate) positions within the sterile injectable drug manufacturing environment. I have applied for numerous jobs on here over the years and also have my profile visible so recruiters can contact me. In all the years I have not received one contact for someone with my education and experience......which is hard to believe. My profile is 100% complete (minus the profile picture) but all content, summaries, questions, etc are all adequately filled out. I contacted Experteer recenlty to see if my profile was visible and searchable because not receiving a single inquiry in years is shocking. I received the typical rhetoric "make sure you profile is complete," "be sure to make statements that standout....." Blah Blah. I sent them a reply and never heard back. I'm guessing this site is just looking to cash in on the monthly subscribers and many of these jobs probably don't even exist. I have never heard a single person tell me that they ever got their job, an interview, much less a contact from anyone on the Experteer site.....if they had even heard of this site. The equivalent of that Christmas as a kid when you desperately wanted a new bike and got socks.....knitted by grandma. Do not waste your time or money with this site!!!!

It's a scam. No unique job postings. You cancel and then they secretly send you a separate email later to tell you that they wont cancel the membership unless you confirm in their email even though you already cancelled.

I have trialed many job search vendors…
I have trialed many job search vendors over the years and this is by far the worst. Not only did I receive very few relevant leads, but they billed me repeatedly. Most search firms will credit you back if you cancel your subscription after the renewal date. Experteer refused to do so. They keep your money even after you've canceled the subscription. You feel completely scammed by them.

Experteer a prolongé automatiquement…
Experteer a prolongé automatiquement mon offre premium de plus de 140€ sans m’avoir prévenu avant la date butoire. À la 2eme relance ils m’ont menacé de faire appel à une société de recouvrement alors :
- que je leur avais laissé un message exprimant mon mécontentement
- que j’ai résilié le contrat 14 jours après qu’ils m’aient dit que le prélèvement n’avait pas abouti
J’ai du régler la facture MAIS entre temps, leur service client m'a contacté et proposé d'annuler cette facture suite à mes explications.
Cela démontre leur professionnalisme et respect de leurs clients
Finalement très content d’Experteer!!

Unseriös, verstößt gegen Datenschutz und bezichtigt mich der Falschaussage
Zur Stellensuche: ohne was zu bezahlen kann man die meisten Stellen nicht einsehen
Zum CV Check: es werden widersprüchliche und unrealistische Kritikpunkte genannt (zB. man soll die Punkte kürzer fassen und dann als Bsp. ein Satz, der mehr als drei mal so lang ist)
Zum Experteer Konto selbst: Eröffnung geht über Smartphone, Kündigung nicht (bin mir nicht sicher, ob das überhaupt rechtens ist); Kündigung nur über Computer oder Tablet und auch da ist der Button zum Kündigen extrem schwer zu finden (kleine Schrift, mitten in einem Satz "hier", ohne farblich abgesetzt zu sein). Wird also alles dafür gemacht, dass Leute nicht wieder heraus finden.
Anmerkung: der Anbieter versucht auch alles, damit meine Bewertung gelöscht wird. Von "wir glauben dass sie eine falsche Firma bewertet haben" bis zum anzweifeln, dass ich überhaupt angemeldet war. Das unterstreicht meine Meinung zu Experteer
Anmerkung 2: experteer antwortet hier, dass sie SELBSTVERSTÄNDLICH NIE kritische Bewertungen löschen. Jedoch haben sie genau das bei mir mit mehreren Versuchen probiert. Absolut unverschämte Vorgehensweise. Was dem ganzen die Krone aufsetzt ist, dass in der Antwort einfach mein vollständiger Name genannt wird. Das ist ein absolutes No Go und zeigt, wie unprofessionell das Unternehmen ist. Danke für die Bestätigung
Anmerkung 3: Trustpilot hat auf meine Bitte hin die Antwort von experteer mit meinem vollständigen Namen gelöscht. Daraufhin hat experteer erneut geantwortet und mich der Falschaussage bezichtigt bzgl. des mehrmaligen Versuchs, meine Bewertung löschen zu lassen. Ich kann nachweisen, dass experteer dies mehrmals versucht hat ✌🏻

Mehr PFUI als HUI - Grenzt an Abzocke
Ich war auf der Suche nach einem neuen Job. Experteer sieht auf den ersten Blick sehr professionell aus... das war es dann aber auch mit dem positiven Feedback! Die "angeblichen" tollen und exklusiven Jobangebote gibt es nur gegen eine Gebühr von monatlich 39,90€, was ich schon sehr frech finde. Ich habe 13 Bewerbungen versendet. Lediglich 1 Rückmeldung habe ich erhalten! Aber man hat ja einen gratis Zeitraum. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass sich nach Ablauf des Zeitraums das Abo automatisch erledigt... aber das war wohl ein Fehler meinerseits! Ich jetzt 3 Wochen im Urlaub und was soll ich sagen... Geld wurde plötzlich abgebucht. Kündigung und Emails geschrieben und ich bekomme das Standart BLA-BLA zurück! Ich hätte richtig lesen sollen... das ist schon frech und grenzt an Abzocke! Summa Sumarum: Schlechte Jobangebote! Viel zu teuer! Miserabler und frecher Kundenservice! Habe übrigens bei "Ingrid" & "Ste*ston*" fast alle Angebote ohne teure Gebühr gefundenen und einen Job darüber angenommen, der sogar noch besser bezahlt ist! Von Kundenservice und entgegenkommen - KEINE SPUR!!

Jetzt wird es besonders witzig... Nachdem für mich noch immer nichts vollständig geklärt ist oder eine Antwort seitens Experteer erfolgte, musste ich mich komplett identifizieren für Experteer ( ich könnte ja nicht echt sein) und da ich den Vorgang immer noch als ABZOCKE sehe und den Betrag somit habe zurückgehen lassen, soll ich jetzt satte 7,50€ mehr bezahlen! Wie gesagt... bei Experteer ist alles teuer und ohne Mehrwert!

Experteer zeigt sein wahres Gesicht! Heute wurde meine Bewertung seitens Experteer ERNEUT gemeldet. Ich würde schädliche oder rechtswidrige Inhalte über Experteer verbreiten! -Liebes Experteer-Team: wie tief kann man eigentlich sinken? Es ist schon erbärmlich, solche Maßnahmen zu ergreifen! Und dabei hätte all das vermieden werden können... ein netter Kundenservice, die Aufhebung und Rückabwicklung der Abofalle und "schwubs" - hat man positive Bewertungen, zufriedene Kunden und ein gutes Image!

Subscribed with them in desperate times when looking for a job. Not even one interview in 3 months. The same jobs you can find in public domain without paying.
Did not use the service for 8 months, and they just auto-renewed my subscription!
No option to cancel subscription on your profile - you have to email them to get that done.
