I made my order from Germany, and I have to say that I only knew that kind of service from Amazon. The quality of the glasses for that price is unbeatable. But the glasses themselves is one thing, the service is another thing. I wanted to change the glasses because they didn’t fit my style, no problem! I now can understand the people ordering more glasses from them, please keep that service and that quality of glasses.

Ordered 2 glasses on Black Friday, not delivered, sent several emails, the only email I received was to contact the delivery service myself and take action myself. I don't think that is customer service, and I have not had any feedback regarding glasses to solve this.

Very bad service

I initially had an issue with receiving the wrong item, but they reached out and resolved it for me. As a kind gesture, they let me keep the incorrect items and shipped the correct ones express. Still my people and thanks to Nick.

The glasses have awesome design and I think is fair for the price, specially in my case which was a 2x1 black friday campaign.
The package is really nice and quality is good, fair, lens are really good.
All glasses were a good fit, so I didn't experience any refund issue because it was not my case. However, one of my sunglasses came with a scratch in the frame and I send an email asking if they could exchange it for a new one since it was never used, Nick promptly replied back and sent me a new frame.
I think for the design which are difficult to find they are worth a try. I loved them ♡

Bought a pair. They felt good quality, but the frame broke after a gentle brush against a chair within first 7 days of wear. I have much cheaper sunglasses that have widstood far more than this.

Nice designs but ultimately very poor quality frames.

Customer service offered either 30% off a new pair, or the existing website 241 offer - I don't want to spend anymore on these if they're just going to break.

Another instagram company to avoid.
