Firstly I received the order one day late despite me paying extra amount for shipping to arrive on my sisters birthday gift and they have ruined it .

Second the actual receive and picture is completely beyond imagination ..the teddy was xs size and in the picture they are showing XXL size teddy .
Highly dissatisfied

They are committed to serve customer 5 * service, always go an extra mile .

Very much impressed
Sent cake to Doha to my best friend via Expressluv reached many website and they could not able to make it. I made a last minute order with them and they successfully delivered items at quick time

Best platform to send cakes to Germany. Order was placed manually by customer support and provided every update of delivery to me.
Most trusted website

Very genuine and they trust in honesty.

We ordered cake for my brother working in pandemic in Delhi
Expressly delivered cake during pandemic time to my brother
He was alone there and this gift bought tears in his eyes thanks a lot for bridging relations

Unfortunately there’s no negative rating that I can give. They are a fraud and I hope no one falls for this. Ordered a cake for delivery in Austin, TX - USA. On the day of delivery I received an email saying that the business is closed and that I will be refunded the full amount. I was charged a total of Rs. 5898 ($80). I have not received my refund yet. They do not respond to any of my emails or calls. They are a spam and are scamming people around the world just by taking advantage of the pandemic.

Thanks Bhanu, sai and team. Your team made the birth day a great and memorable one. It was fun and musical which brought cheer on people's faces. Keep coming with more creative thoughts, good luck 👍!

I am a baker and have used their services for my clients both here in the U.S and overseas (Asia). This company is so amazing and goes above and beyond with their efficiency and customer service. They always go out of their way to make sure their customers are getting items for a great price and will even negotiate until they do. Their professionalism is out of this world and I like the fact they offer all types of services. Definitely check them out. I refer them to everyone!
