Their customer service number is always busy and you can only leave your number behind, but they will never call you, so you will never talk to their customer service.
Their online chat takes forever to respond.

Ipaid $150 application fee after the process the landlord changed the terms and demands a 5000 deposit and no refund on the application fee and he said that the people who lived there didn't pay him so why I'm paying for his loss?

Makes creating my leases incredibly easy! I can bring up my old lease, duplicate and edit it to reflect the new tenants and terms. And they are very thorough providing excellent protection for both the tenant and landlord. Highly recommend!

I have been a long time customer of EZLandlord Forms. I needed to update my account information and switch to a pro membership due to me having multiple rental properties. I have been a pro member in the past. I noticed the pro membership fee had increased significantly since the last time I was a pro member. I called customer service to inquire about the increase, an they were able to provide me with a discount code to use for my purchase. I will continue to use EZLandlord forms due to the ease of using.

Worth the lifelong membership cost and now has rent collection service
I've been using EZlandlordforms for over 5 years and it is affordable and customer service gets back to you! I like that they just started a rental collection service (although it would be great if there was not the $3 ACH fee). While trying to ask my tenant to use this new way to send rental payment they suggested I use apartments.com because it is free. The only problem is Apartments.com charges for everything else (and a hefty sum). I like that EZlandlordforms is a smaller company and is reasonably priced. I paid for the lifelong member and I feel it is well worth it. The leases are great and I like the E-sign feature even more now since I now live states away from my rental. I recommend this company to any landlord friend.

Incorrect form for state of California
I bought form in 2022 to renew contract. It missed important notice called AB1482 addnum. Due to this, I have serious limitation evicting my tenant.
